Really upset what is the point of call ahead seating… I called ahead went into restaurant was told additional 30 min wait I’m ok with that… but then a family a six come in behind me and the lady asks how long is the wait they say an hour but wait here is the complaint… the lady knows Pete Seitz the managing partner he tells her to tell hostess she has a call ahead and sure enough 15 min later they get sat… meanwhile we are still not seated… so my wife goes and says something to manager and he tries arguing that they did call. I said that was bullshit. so he kicks us out of the restaurant. so I take it that I was right… neither fair nor right doubt I will ever go to a longhorn again if their managing partners treat customers like that

Repellent. The steak was bloody and mostly muscle. The server forgot most of the order. She also presumed that we were too poor to pay for a meal so after taking the app order asked «that’s all»?

Jennifer is the best! I love going to the Longhorn in Naples. Always busy on a Friday evening but food is always excellent amd our server is always on point!

Went here for dinner with family and friends last Saturday, the wait wasn’t bad. Typical 30 mins for a big table. The service was good but the food wasn’t so great. My hubby and I ordered prime rib and only took 1 bite. It was very very salty, even the side of mushrooms and gravy were salty as well. My friend said her salmon was also salty.

It feels funny giving a big chain restaurant 5 stars but this Longhorns location comes through every time.
It is so consistent and managed like a one off restaurant.
The food is always on point, quick, and hot, and the service is always friendly.
I recommend the ribs and sweet potato w/​cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter.

The worst service i can in last night was greeted there were 5 in my party
with know waiting we sat up at the front waiting 4 other parts came in
and got seated before us. The hostess sat there talking to her girlfriend
and forgot about us 15 mins later we walked out. 3 time this has happen
never more! Thats what happen when you get high school girls to run your front door.

I really enjoy coming here — I guess you can say I’m a regular. :) I’m never doubtful that I’ll receive great service while sitting in a comfortable booth being served consistently delicious food!
Love the Wild West Shrimp and steaks are always cooked to perfection. Thumbs up to the Chefs! The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is my go-​to here. I know what you’re thinking… chicken? Yes! It’s amazing and super flavorful.

I took my dad to dinner here for fathers day even though they were busy as heck we got in quickly service was absolutely wonderful and the food tasted delicious thank you very much for the excellent service

This is by far one of the best restaurants for food and service in Naples. The waiter was attentive and fast in service. Quality of the food was excellent. The Manager (Christina W.) was by far one of the best managers I’ve met in Naples. She actually took the time to introduce herself to us and other patrons.

Longhorn has been a fool proof place to go when you know you want consistency. I frequent this place for business lunches, and find myself satisfied with both the food and service.
I’m a huge fan of their shaved prime rib sandwich, their mushroom bisque, their french onion soup, and I just tried their cheesy BPT. Read this: Bacon, Pimento Cheese, and a Fried Green Tomato. WHHHHUT?! So, I had half of this sandwich with a caesar salad for lunch, the day after we had dinner there. They serve the BPT on a crusty porous sourdough type of bread with a nice toasty package for all the yummy insides. The bacon is crispy, and then you get the kick of the pimento cheese, and then there’s a hidden surprise of a fried green tomato. This is innovation at its finest, breaking away from the traditional BLT.
They have great salads, so there is a nice choice of lighter fare. However, I always feel that this place is for sheer comfort food. Melty, cheesy, meaty, garlic parmesany, stuffed mushroomy, homemade kettle chippy, greatness. This place is where we go when we get upset at other places, that we have to come back to what we know.
I’ll tell you that it’s insane already as we’re touching the brim of season in Naples, but if there’s a long wait, the manager will sometimes come out and serve their hungry customers with little treats to hold you over. They served these little fried onion petals to the patient crowds that swarmed the front. Great way to initiate a great experience from the getgo!
Both of our waitresses over the weekend were on top of their game. We kept them going back and forth, but they didn’t even miss a beat. During the work week, we typically have a great waitress who seems to get our humor and isn’t afraid to put us in our place but in a light spirit. I like her type!
Kudos to being one of the most popular places along the strip of chains. Their neighbor to the south may just need to take some notes on customer service and quality of food! You’ll definitely see me there again!

You’ll have a good meal, cool atmosphere, good service, at a good price. I have no complaints about this Longhorn. I tried the Sirloin steak (8oz) with grilled asparagus. It was one of the better steak I’ve had in a while. It was cooked exactly right and so tender. The rest of my party spoke highly of their meals too. Well done Longhorn.

Only giving one star because the food is actually not bad at all. I have enjoyed Longhorn in other cities but will not go back to the Naples restaurant until they get rid of their stinky carpets. You can smell the mold and mustiness as soon as you walk in. Usually you get used to an odor after a while but it stayed with us the whole meal. I couldn’t wait to leave. I’ll go back after they remodel.

Great food, good service. Personable wait staff. Most meals come with salad, and bread. Steaks are always very good here… not always true about every «steakhouse.» Definitely coming back.

I had the renegade sirloin 8oz and it was pretty good for the price. The only thing i can’t stand about this place is the awful smell at the entrance. This is a national chain and there shouldn’t be an odor issue. My guess is the carpets probably need to be changed. I mentioned it to the hostess and the server but they didn’t seem to notice it or care. Oh well…

Every time I go here it is a good meal and I leave full. They give you bread, and most meals come with a salad.
In the winter, as with most places, there can be long wait times to get a table.

Wenn ich gerade an die Vorspeise «Wild West Shrimp» denke, läuft mir das Wasser im Munde zusammen. Knusprig in Butter frittierte Shrimps mit Tomatenpaprika und Pepperoni und dazu Ranch-​Dressing. Die ersten Male war es unserer Kleinen zu scharf, aber jetzt ißt sie die auch.
Danach ein Flo’s Filet Steak medium-​rare (zwischen englisch und medium) und der Abend klingt perfekt aus.
Die Einrichtung ist dunkles Holz, an den Wändern überall Hörner, viel Cowboy-​Deko. Toiletten sind sauber. Bedienungen meistens schnell und freundlich.
Das Essen ist wirklich mega lecker, frischer Salat und Gemüse, allerfeinstes Fleisch und auch der Lobster schmeckt dort auch lecker.

As soon as I sat down I «felt» like I was in Red Lobster, sure enough the same company owns this place. The menu, the atmosphere, promotions all seemed similar.
All you do is sub the fish for beef. Oh, except they have sweet potato.
Veggie lovers, they have fish, vegans = lots of sides.
Go for lunch, cheaper.
Wouldn’t return except I am married to a carnivore.
