This has to be one of the classiest and most elegant restaurants I’ve been to. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service was fabulous and food was amazing! I would definitely go back!

We have been talking about coming here for over a year and made reservations months in advance and it’s nice to know it was worth it. Be forewarned-it is very expensive. However, if you’re entertaining dining here then you probably are aware. They called to confirm my reservation and let me know the room had no windows and no view. The dining room is very dark and quiet with high-backed chairs. We were seated right away and my mom and sister started with glasses of champagne. They bring a tray with a choice of 4 breads that you can choose from and the man places it in your plate. Very nice touch! They also brought out an amuse bouche of french onion dressing and various vegetables and that was pretty good. I started with the house smoked salmon; it was phenomenal, albeit a pretty small portion. I also had the wedge salad, which was light and tasty. I also tried some of the honey glazed carrots, which were delicious. I don’t remember what anyone else ordered except for my mom who got the Dover sole. This is one of her favorite dishes and she said it was the best she’s ever had here. High praise! My sister is the only one who ordered dessert; she got a chocolate soufflé which she said was good. You do have to order it ahead of time, just FYI. Service was impeccable as you would expect here. I definitely think we will be coming back if the chance presents itself.

Our waiter, James, was an absolute star. We loved every part of the dinner-the exceptional service, the beautiful ambiance, and the food. The bread basket has about five types to choose from. The pretzel was an unexpected and fun option. The scallop appetizer with a corn purée was amazing. We frequently make scallops at home, but these blew us away managing to be light, but still buttery and rich. The filet mignon was very good and the foie gras topping was phenomenal. The Grand Marnier Soufflé was the best I’ve ever had. What a Lovely evening.

Located in the Ritz Carlton, it is the best steak restaurant I’ve had in Naples so far. The service rises beyond most experienced I’ve had and the restaurant is very romantic. It is perfect for special occasions or date night with your special someone!

Best fine dining experience I’ve had in quite sometime(better than some of Miami’s best restaurants). Make sure to order a bottle of fine wine — they will decanter it for you –a 1st for me as a huge WINE lover. Don’t miss out on their Escargot, Lobster Risotto & Veal Chop with Foie Gras on top. Service is above & beyond, they even gave me a rose at the end of my meal, I felt really special. No restaurant does that & I go out to eat quite often. LIVE music in the background. Beautiful, perfect evening that I will not soon forget.

This place is phenomenal and exceeds any chain such as Ruth Chris, Capital Grill or Flemings. The service and ambiance is perfection led by Christina who greeted us and touched base during service and Aldemar who is a true professional! Portions are large for all courses so while some may consider it pricey, you won’t feel that it’s undervalue. We will be back!

This is not only a great place for food. The ambiance, the décor, the service — all of them second to none. It is an experience in itself. The scargot and the tuna tartar are great starters. Any entrée is outstanding. Highly recommended to spend a cozy, cool, calm, and collected evening.

Incredible. The food was even better than expected. I had the fois gras, perfect AND not one of those silver dollar sized portions. The lobster mac was yummy, more of a lobster bisque flavor than cheesy, which I loved, but if you’re expecting Mac and cheese this might it be for you. It was delicious. Also shared the lamb chops which were cooked perfectly. Best part was our waiter. Friendly, thoughtful, helpful, outstanding!

Everyone’s review about this atmosphere was right. The ambiance of the place can be described as FANCY, UPSCALE, ROMANTIC. You pretty much have to make reservations to get into this place(its the Ritz-Carlton…). The staff is very respectful, friendly as they greet you by your surname. You could tell that the people who dine there are pretty upscale(its the Ritz-Carlton) so it’s very easy to feel out of place. As for the food, I’d have to say this is one of the better places to have steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. You have the option to choose between char grilled or with their house flavor. They recommend it plain which is exactly how I enjoy my Dry Aged beef. The most entertaining part of the meal was that when the waiter brought out our steaks, he actually did a plate design with the sauce(much like you see chocolate syrups on desserts). I’m not sure if all waiters there did that was definitely a plus on the waiters end. One thing you have to try there is the Burrata Cheese plate. This is probably by far my favorite cheese. If you like mozzarella, this is like mozzarella with butterish texture. Ended the night with some chocolate lava cake. Lava cake is lava cake, if you like oozing chocolate from your cake be sure to get that.(Note that it takes 15 – 20 minutes to make so order earlier).

I was so nervous going to this restaurant given the reviews on Unilocal. We consider ourselves food snobs for sure — for the entire food experience(food, décor, service, wine list, etc). As you can tell by the number of stars, we were impressed. Real nice people. For starters I had the shrimp and wife had the oysters. For dinner I had the fillet. While I’ve had better, it was awesome. Wife had the lamb chops. Wow! And they were cooked perfectly… something I’ve found is hard to come by. Little one had the pasta, which she loved. Some of the negative reviews seem to be local folks that were used to the restaurant before it was completely redone. Sort of not fair to compare it to the past. It’s a real nice place.

I’ve had a much better meal at Capital Grille, Naples. Salty potato au gratin, mushy brussel sprouts and a tough rib eye. Service was slow but pleasant. Disappointed for a Ritz experience. Won’t be going back.

Lobster bisque is VERY salty, steaks were good but nothing outstanding. Service is on and off. We got our appetizers very quickly and then waited over 30 minutes for our main course. If you have a choice, go to Limonia in the golf part of the hotel, much better food. Best part was the chocolate soufflé. If i had to go back, i would go to the bar and have appetizers and then dessert.

We visited this restaurant last night and were treated so special. The staff was so very helpful & accommodating, however, sad to say, the food was disappointing :(. The french onion soup & lobster bisque were very salty, and the caprese, consisting of large slices of tomatoes with tiny slices of mozzarella, was unsavory. So the food, we give a 2 whereas the staff and ambiance a 10

Honestly, there wasn’t much to make me remember this place. It is expensive(connected to the Ritz-Carlton) but the food was good. The people who work there judge you upon how you look(I’m assuming because they know who will tip better… wrong). We were able to take things to go(back to the beach) and they were very respectful to answering our questions and making our order to our want. Would I go back? Maybe because they are one of a few places to choose from close to the beach and I really didn’t want to eat the same thing all the time. Tip: Bring your cash… lots of it.

I had the pleasure to dine at this very fancy restaurant that is located within the Ritz Carlton in Naples Beach. This restaurant definetively gives one the Club-Members-Only-feeling. The staff was very attentive yet distant. The food was good but not exceptional. As a starter I had Jumbo Shrimp with two types of sauces, nothing that I have not had before. The second course was a Lobster Bisque — I didn’t like this at all. It was too dark and to heavily seasoned for a creamy soup. I was not the only one feeling that way about this particular item. The main entrée I had were the Lamb Chops with Asparagus on the side. The meat was perfectly browned and very tasty. Nice touch — they serve it with a puff pastry on the side topped with caramelized onions. My favorite part of the night was dessert — molten chocolate cake ! I would just come back for this! Hit the spot and made me Happy! Since it was my birthday they brought me a chocolate postcard and a rose, which I thought was sweet.
