The ambiance at sunset is fabulous. We had reservations, yet we still had to wait quite a bit for a table. We decided to eat outside so that we could sit right sooner. Drinks were great, but I recommend ordering from your favorites, and not necessarily from their«specialty drinks» I found them overly sweet and overpriced. Sushi was great, and even though we over ordered, we ate every bit of it. The number one reason I am giving 4 stars is because our server, Billy. He was so energetic, attentive, and funny! I suggest asking for his section if you go, you won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant is the definition of perfection when looking for a quiet place to enjoy the company of a loved one. The sushi is amongst my favorite in Naples, and surprisingly, the burger bites are great! It is quiet easy to spend $ 500 in a few hours, so prepare yourself

I came here to kill one hour during a pre-fashion show for the Animal Humane Society Of Naples. The staff is perfect. They came as soon as I arrived to welcome me and take my order. They bring water and appetizer before my Mojito. The Mojito arrived and was just perfect. This place is definitively a nice lounge with a very competent staff. I will come back to test the sushis.

This place was great, staff was super friendly and sushi was exceptional. I was there with my best friend and we had a great time at Dusk, wine was amazing, good selection I recommend you order by the bottle ;) music was nice and inviting, atmosphere was great I was just not a big fan of the TV around the bar that’s all. Prices are good. You paid for good service and food and that’s what we received :)

If you can drop $ 150.00 on sushi, there is no better atmosphere, food and service. Also not bad for impressing whomever is lucky enough to accompany you.

I came here twice for dinner– the first time(table service) was disappointing. The serve was aloof and didn’t have much of a clue about being in the hospitality business. The second time(back to back nights), I sat at the sushi bar and it was night and day. The servers and sushi bar chef were friendly and experts in hospitality. Service and food that one would expect from a Ritz Carlton restaurant was delivered. I had a variety of nigiri sushi and maki rolls; all very good and nothing to complain about. Naturally, there are complaints here about it not being authentic but of course that’s relative in absolute terms and relative to your experience. For example, they do have real Japanese wasabi. If you are the discerning type, they will read that off your face and serve it to you without asking. Truly professional service(minus the clueless server) and delicious food. For a great meal, about $ 120/person with alcohol and tax/tip; fine service over good sushi.

Good fresh sushi. clam miso was off the charts good. A little stuffy about sake bombs. Food was delicious. Crab meat volcano roll and steak roll were the best. The girls were happy! Recommend zen garden cocktail or Gorgonzola stuffed olive dirty martini.

Super swanky, awesome inside. No real tables but little booths and couches. Food was pretty good, sushi was great. Got a nice Ramey cabernet for $ 60 which was great. Turns into a night club at night.

Dusk is one of the best sushi bars I have ever been to! I was staying at the Ritz Carlton Naples last week, and frequented Dusk for sushi or after-dinner drinks every night we were there. The ambiance and vibe in there is very cool, relaxing, or can be vibrant and upbeat if you would like! The volcano roll with a huge pile of fresh lump crab meat is a must-order, and their miso soup with clams is delicious as well! You really can’t go wrong with any sushi roll or sashimi here — everything is ultra fresh and tastes great! The bartenders are very friendly and accommodating as well. Will definitely be back!

we made a reservation because we were told it was a «must». So, we made a reservation for 6 people. I met our party in the lobby because we arrived a bit early and we all got a drink($ 210 for weak drinks I might add… but I digress) 7pm came and we made our way to the Dusk. To our surprise we never saw a hostess and a waiter said casually, «Sit anywhere!!» The place was EMPTY! The seating is like a cheap frat house with coffee table seating… really? We’re to spend $ 600 on sushi hunched over a coffee table with a cube for a seat? They have a weak selection of Sake and the sushi was just average. To tell you the truth we had so many random people bringing us food I never knew who our server was… another disappointment at The Ritz — bummer

My wife and I had drinks at the bar. I am only giving 3 stars since we didn’t eat. I think 3stars solely for drinks is very good. The drinks are over priced, but it’s the Ritz. The drink prices are comparable to Miami drink prices. Our bartender, Matthew, was very nice and helpful. He made a mean tequila and watermelon drink that I loved!

Locals here as well. Sadly, since the renovation, the sushi has become incidental to selling overpriced drinks. While the ambiance looks spectacular, when you actually sit down it feels impractical and uncomfortable. The wait staff is not professional. Sushi was delicious but absurdly overpriced. We used to frequent Ritz Sushi prior to the renovation. Sadly we won’t be going back anymore. :-(

We are locals and love coming to The Ritz for cocktails and a night out, especially since we have heard such great things about their newly renovated cocktail bar, Dusk. Ambiance is amazing. Really nice vibe. Great lounge and outside seating. Asian inspired cocktail menu. A nice change from the typical mojitos and margaritas. We ordered Asian nachos which were so delicious. My gripe lies with the service. When we arrived, the bar stools were full(approximately 8 stools) so we sat at a high top directly next to the bar. No more than 3 feet away. We were greeted, ordered a drink and asked to give a credit card to keep on file since we were not guests of the hotel. Fine. This was all within 5 minutes. The bar then opened up and we moved over to sit at the bar. We were then asked by the bartender to close out our tab because we were now at the bar. Okay– a little annoying because it was only one drink and we moved 3 feet, but whatever. Then the bartender said before she could order our food we had to give her our credit card AGAIN to open a new tab for her to keep on file. We have not ordered one thing from her yet, their are only 4 people currently at the bar, and we have to give her a card? This is not a busy NY nightclub. This is 4 people at a bar at The Ritz-Carlton, where service is supposedly all about the customer. It made us feel like she was worried we were going to sneak out. If this Ritz touts itself for it’s high level of customer service, they need to work on their wait staff here in Dusk. We were so put off, we left and had dinner elsewhere in town where we paid for our meal after it was completed…
