Excellent communication and explanation of damages and repair process. Help getting rentals, realistic estimates on costs and timing. The repairs themselves are beautifully executed, and the cars look better coming out than going in.
I made the mistake of going to another shop for one previous repair that supposedly guaranteed their work, but they gave me a hard time about fixing a rattle that they caused.
Lesson learned: Collision Care from now on!

A long overdue review! These guys are amazing. That’s all I really need to say. They are professional, thorough, and (I didn’t expect this) cleaned out the inside of my car. I don’t know if this is a regular service they provide (if it isn’t, don’t quote me), but it was certainly much appreciated. They are the best. Period.

I was rear ended and the other party wanted to go outside insurance. These guys were the lowest price and were fast and courteous. They had the car repaired quicklyn and professionally. I got daily emails telling me where the car was in the process and a telephone call when it was done. the saturday hours helped make it easier.

I was very satisfied with this shops work they did to repair damage to the rf fender of my car. Nearby and approved by my insurance company as a shop where they will assist in making sure the repairs are done properly.
The repair done to my car was satisfactory. Would recommend this shop.

My car was rear-​ended and Collision Care was covered by my insurance. It happened to be the closest shop to my office, so the convenience factor led to my ultimate decision of picking Collision Care to do the work.
The pros:
–They were very transparent with everything they did. Each part of the process was thoroughly explained to me, and I even got a daily update e-​mail while my car was in the shop.
–They dealt with my insurance directly for the estimate so I didn’t have to do it.
–Each staff member I interacted with was very friendly and nice.
–My bumper looks fantastic and is under warranty now with them for as long as I have the car.
–They frequently work with a nearby rental car company so all of my transportation to and from was handled between the two businesses.
The cons:
–They are very busy. At the time I scheduled my appointment, they were booking about a month out.
–They are located on a busy half residential, half commercial street. Their parking lot is basically the size of the drive-​way, and there is constant traffic from locals and from the other businesses. It was tricky to navigate the street.
For my own convenience, I had Collision Care fix my car after the estimate. I could have taken the car elsewhere and I’m not sure how that would have been priced. Since insurance completely covered my claim, that wasn’t a concern so I can’t really speak to pricing. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday around noon and it was ready the following Tuesday around 2pm. I’m not sure if that’s a long or short amount of time for my particular service. Due to my uncertaintly of pricing and length of service, as well as the cons above, I am giving them a 4.
In any event, I’m happy with my repair and experience, and would recommend their services.

Unfortunately I’ve had to bring my car here a couples times. Each time the work was done quickly and the customer service was excellent.

I brought in my car for warranty repair. They got it done quickly. I received daily email updates on the progress and a phone call when complete. They quoted 8 days, but I got it in 4. They arrange for a rental car through my insurance. All very smooth and seamless.

Awful. Brought a work truck in to get the bed fixed. When I received it back, the power door locks didn’t work on the back doors. I brought it back in, and they told me they knew nothing about it, and that it was a warranty issue, not theirs. The job came with a two year warranty. Literally after two years and a few months, rust has begun to develop. The only rust on the truck is the area where they worked. After bringing it to another shop, they determined it wasn’t even primed before it was painted. I was only there due to my insurance company. I have since talked to the insurance company, and they told me they have had similar complaints and aren’t using them anymore.

Being that no one really WANTS to have to go to a body shop, if I had to go to one, I am so pleased I got to go to Collision Care in Narberth. Everyone I worked with was patient and easy to talk to, all my questions and concerns were taken care of, the body shop returned my car better than new, and their professionalism was top-​notch. It’s handy that the Enterprise is right down the street, so if you need a rental it’s no problem.
I just picked up my car and not only is it sparkling inside and out but there were mints in the cupholder!
