Awesome spa with very knowledgeable staff and super relaxing! The whole experience was stress-​free and I got a great facial with Katie. My skin still feels super soft and fresh!

Inspire is a special spa run by two very knowledgable, professional, adorable women

Where do I even begin with this place? First I should say that this is my very FIRST review of ANYTHING online (product, service, ANYTHING!). I was looking for a nice relaxing facial that would hopefully calm some of the annoying blemishes I’ve acquired in the last few months. I called Inspire and spoke to the very informative receptionist who explained the different facials offered and helped me chose the one that would be most beneficial for my situation. She suggested I see Katie whom she highly recommended, and was able to book me for the following day!
I arrived at Inspire a few minutes early and was greeted by another very pleasant receptionist who provided me with some simple paperwork to fill out and offered some spa water while I completed it. As soon as I was finished, Katie the aesthetician was there with a smile to introduce herself and guide me to the treatment room.
The room itself was large and inviting with quiet «earthy» sounds playing softly. I changed into a soft robe and got comfortable on the treatment table. Katie returned and we went over what my goals were for the facial (blemish control and relaxation). She asked several questions about my face routine and then proceeded to explain the steps that she was going to complete during the treatment. Before starting she encouraged me to ask her any questions if I thought of them and then she began. She explained each step simply and told me during the «extraction» phase that if it was uncomfortable to let her know. The whole process was PERFECT, very calming and relaxing! She described some products that they sold at the spa but was in no way pushing me to buy them. At the end of the facial she massaged my neck/​shoulders/​upper arms while the mask was drying and I just about fell asleep!
After the treatment my face felt firm and soft with definite clearing of some of my blemishes. needless to say this place was just what I was looking for and I will recommend it to EVERYONE — even if they don’t ask me! Can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks for another facial!
Oh and I forgot to mention: when I was done with my treatment I returned to the front desk and the owner was sitting there with the receptionist. She was super nice and asked me about my experience. It’s always nice to see an owner that is actively and noticeably involved in their business!
