Hilltop Cabin & Suites

Great location about a 5 minute drive from Nashville, Indiana. Set back off the road so you won’t see or hear any traffic noises. This property is surrounded by woods at the top of a hill.
We stayed in the Treetop unit, the room is very spacious and comfortable. In the kitchen we had everything we needed except coffee. It’s outdated but clean, functional and well kept.
The family room has a comfy sofa and some chairs to hang out in or watch tv from. Satellite tv provided. Couch has a large tear in the top seam that was covered by a throw blanket. Otherwise this space too is fully functional, comfortable and well kept.
The bedroom area is cleverly separated from the living area by angling the bed away toward the back windows. The fireplace is great. Starts up at the push of a button. The bed looks cute and quaint, but has a noticeable sag in the middle. If you have back issues beware. This is the only big negative to the place. The jetted corner tub is steps away from the bed under a window. You can watch the stars from the tub if you choose.
The bathroom is large and spacious except for the shower stall. Lots of natural light in the morning. Soap is supplied, shampoo is not.
The suite has two full walls of windows. A lot of natural light flows through. It is a very relaxing space. There are NO shades, only thin lace curtains.
Overall, we enjoyed the space, the location and the quiet peacefulness. The suite is kept well with the noticeable exceptions of the sofa tear and bed sagging. If the bed were replaced we would never stay elsewhere.

Very cute and spacious with an awesome view. We stayed in the Treetop Retreat which had several steps to climb but the view is awesome and the fact that there was a set of binoculars in the room was an added bonus.
I have been to similar cabins in Ohio’s Hocking Hills and they typically provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill and at least a salt and pepper shaker. Those little touches make staying at a cabin a little nicer. They did have a packet of coffee.
This place is quite and clean. Very nice. I’d recommend it.
