Could I give no stars? I wish I could. Bought a TV and home audio package from them 2 years ago. Installation was good and price was average, but they were fast. I got an IR remote which needed programming which they said they would do if it needed updates. With a new cable box, I called and was quoted $ 175 fee for the reprogramming. I told them what I was told when I bought the system and was told that they never do that. Rudeness and attitude is no way to maintain customers. I ended up getting a cable online and doing it myself at a cost of $ 10 and 15 minutes of my time. Will never use them again.
