Not a bad visit after a long long while! My sis popped in for lunch and split the lunch for 2 combo. It included a starter, two lunch entrees, soups and a dessert. My only complaint is the Mongolian Beef — it had waaaayyyy too many scallions. It should have less. It made the dish a little hard to eat because the beef was literally swimming in the giant stalks of scallions. It tasted good, but holding back on the scallions may help. Soups, dumplings for a starter and the dessert was good. I hadn’t gone to a PF Chang’s in a long while, so I was mildly content.

I ate here 2 years ago and the food was pretty good. My daughter gave me a gift certificate so we went. Not this time, if you order your favorite dishes you will be disappointed. Shrimp and lobster sauce was slimy looking and tasted bland, absolutely no flavor. We ordered spare ribs tasted like something from Friendly no coloring, also bland. The Mongolian beef was a bit better, it was tender and had flavor. Final analysis the food has little taste and you pay plenty for it .A great disappointment.

Arrived at around 5pm today a Sunday. Place was almost empty but«two» hostesses said we would have to wait for our table to ready and be cleaned. We came in the back entrance and the place was EMPTY, how about seating us at one of the many empty clean tables. After waiting 5 minutes we are brought to a table that had food and crayons on the ground all around it, I guess a family with small children just finished eating there. I informed them we would not be seating there and they brought us to a booth that we walked by twice. Hostesses says server would be right with us…10 minutes later no one has approached us in an empty restaurant mind you. I finally have to get up myself go to the front and find five employees chit chatting. We say see you later, never again PF Chang’s Natick. Horrible service, poorly run. I would stay away from this place.

The food is good, the drinks are better, but it’s expensive. I managed to spend $ 50 on my 3 course lunch one day.

I went out last night with my friends. We sat at the bar and the staff was sooo nice and just awesome! I had the Rum Punch and a California Roll. Both were delish and hit the spot. I also tried the Coconut Mojito which was a tropical escape in a glass and made me want to go back to Miami! When we got there the bar wasn’t busy, however when we left there was a line out the door for seating. This is a cool location. I will go back soon.

Where do I start? The water tasted nasty. How can tap water taste that bad, I have no clue… The chicken fried rice had very old, tough, dry chicken. The Ahi salad had old Ahi tuna. We complained. The waiter said he was sorry but did not offer to get the manager or a bottle of water. Do not go here. Waste of money.

The wait time was very long and waiting area is extremely small. You have to call ahead and reserve for a weekend. We were seated at a table that had no chopsticks, no utensils or napkins. Our server never noticed the lack of utensils. I ordered a Lo Mein combo(which was awesome) but was brought out a pad Thai by accident. It was server order input error. The rice was undercooked and the salmon was dry. Not a bad dinner to be honest. Just wished general service was better. Atmosphere was great, food was average, the Lo Mein was amazing. Would go again. Better than average Chinese food.

Was my first visit to this place, heard a lot about food. Ordered 3 entrée for family 3 different ones. Taste was okay nothing great– i tried few other Chinese(authentic) previously– kind of reputation this place has — I didn’t find it that good. 2 out of 3 dishes had half cooked chicken pieces– after telling the server she took of 1 item out of bill. Overall fair experience nothing great!

Every time I come here the food and drinks are great. Service is always mediocre at best. But it’s fine I still love P.F. Changs. I like the natick location as it is very spacious. Obsessed with chicken lettuce wraps and the Mongolian beef !!

This place needs to get their act together, not only did they make the reservation for the wrong number of people, we had to wait an additional half an hour PAST our reservation time. Do not come here.

Really not good experience! Went there for lunch, they made us wait for 5 mins while the place almost empty! Food quality has gone down! Butternut squash dumplings were super skimpy. Chicken lettuce wrap barely had chicken … Mostly the deep fried white noodles Service was super slow, again, barely any other customers! Anyway, won’t go back.

I’ve eaten at this PF Chang’s twice and enjoyed it both times. The ambiance is nice, the bulk of the restaurant is one big airy room, comfortable seating and the bar is close to the entrance. Our waitstaff is always on top of things and eager to recommend different dishes or help you decide. I love the different dipping sauces that they bring over and my husband likes the beer sampler. Their edamame is yummy.

If I could give one star I would! Service is horrible, waitstaff have no idea what they’re doing. Manager tries to be helpful, but doesn’t address any actual issues.

We arrived with our 6 year old twins after the ride in from Rhode Island. It was a bit past noon and we were all hungry. We entered the restaurant and there was one group in front of us. The two hostesses were trying to figure out how to accommodate the party of 5 and finally asked them to take a seat. The restaurant portion looked to be fairly empty and the bar had a few open booths. The hostess that stayed up front took a phone call before I could ask her if we could sit at one of the open booths. After about a minute of waiting I asked one of the servers that was walking by if we could sit at one of the bar booths. He indicated that we would have to wait to be seated. The hostess then looked up and mouthed«give me a minute.» The other hostess showed up and said that we could sit at either of the booths. We made our way over to the open booth and took a seat. I expected the hostess would follow us over with menus however we waited for a few minutes before menus were brought over(it was about 5 feet away). It then took between 3 – 5 minutes before our waiter came over and greeted us. As mentioned, we were all hungry and had had plenty of time to decide what we were eating so we ordered immediately. My soup came out before we had received our beverages(nothing alcoholic, just easy soft drinks). Moments after my soup came out, my wife’s ahi salad came out. It was obvious that none of our other entrees could have been prepared by then, but what can you do at this point? The waiter saw that we were all sitting at the table sans food except for my wife and came over to explain that the salads come out a lot quicker than the hot entrees because they don’t require cooking… hmmmmmm…nope, don’t buy that! By the time the remaining three entrees came out my wife had long been done with her salad. Just as we had had the dubious honor of watching my wife eat, she now got to sit through our meal. The only problem was that my sesame chicken and brown rice were delivered to the table with no plate for me to eat off of. I waited for 2 – 3 minutes then I finally asked one of the hostesses for a plate. She went in the back and finally came back 2 minutes or so later with a plate for me to eat from. Granted it had only been 5 or so minutes, but the food was not as hot as it usually is. The flavor was good, but the temperature was off. I considered complaining, but we all know what happens when you complain to people that make your food, so I kept my mouth shut and ate. The saving grace to the horrible timing/service was that the food was very good as usual. The staff at this location, including the kitchen, could really use some training on service. I think next time we head to this mall we’ll eat at one of the other options.

Sorry, I’m going to be that Asian who talks about how fake this food tastes. I can’t help it honestly, this food is not even Asian fusion! I found all of my dishes to be extremely salty. It tasted like they doused the meat in soy sauce and salt. Even if I dumped my bowl of rice into the plate, the sauce was still too much. While the texture was perfect, I would much rather save a lot of money by taking my business to Chinatown or some local restaurants in the area.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Quick service easy menu and great food. There’s a wait On weekends try getting their earlier. I always get the strawberry cucumber limeade, chicken satay, pepper steak and finish it up with the banana spring rolls which honest to god are INCREDIBLE. Banana fried to golden perfection drizzled with honey topped with fresh strawberries blueberries and blackberries and a generous scoop of to die for coconut pineapple icecream. Literal heaven!

Absolutely thrilled with the new additions to the menu. Sushi, edamame, and quinoa substitute for rice. The wine list had my favorite Branoff Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc to top it off! Waitstaff and service was impeccable. Will definitely go back!

Food: great! We went with the 2 for $ 40 deal which included two soups, an appetizer, two entrees and a small dessert. We also tried two of the sushi rolls which were DELISH! the hot and sour soup was perfect. We tried the shrimp and chicken pad Thai and the spicy chicken for entrees and they were both tasty. I highly recommend the scallop dynamite roll if you are a sushi lover! Service: not so great. We had empty waters for the majority of the meal, my friends salad came after the entrees, and we weren’t even sure who our actual waiter was. Thankfully, the food made it worth it.

I’ve been here three times now… the first was an eat-in experience and it was good… the food was good, the service was good. Overall, it achieved what I expected from a PF Changs. The second time was take-out for my birthday… not so good. While the order was correct, the time it took from when I ordered it, to what was quoted to when we actually ate was hours… literally 2 hours. The third time I ate there was eat-in, on a friday night. They weren’t too slammed, and we got seated right away. The waitress took FOREVER to come over to us. When she did, she was very lovely. So this review is NOT about her service at all. We tipped her very well because having worked in restaurants myself, I know that most of the time it’s not the waitress’s fault at all. But the food — #1 the edamame was WAY too spicy. I like a little heat but this was redic! #2 the manager came over and was super duper awkward. Someone must have heard us discussing how spicy it was and how long everything was taking… but she was so darn awk it made it worse! We weren’t unhappy, we were happy to be hanging out and chatting with each other. #3 My Budda’s delight didn’t come with sauce… i ordered steamed veggies, yes yes, judge me — i’m trying to loose a few lbs, but i still wanted to the sauce! We had to asked the expeditor who brought the food for sauce and he said it doesn’t come with some… dude it’s on your menu… our waitress finally came by and hooked me up with sauce(I told you we liked her) Anyways, not the best, not the worst, but always over priced :-)
