Food was great, the service made me rethink ever returning. Everyone who waited on me was completely rude and short. I had never been here before, and could barely get a word in against the gruff responses of the annoyed staff. It is clear that these men take absolutely no pride in the business or the customers. Having good food is important, but equally important is the experience you give the customer.

God awful pizza by the slice. I got a slice with hardly any sauce and barely warm. Steer clear!

I go there for the salad because it is fresh and you can get a side salad but the staff is unprofessional and rude with zero customer service skills or class. It’s a painful interaction every time.

Yes, Sbarro is $ 4/slice mall pizza, but it is OK, with decent toppings and a good selection to pick from. So why more than 3 stars? Well, I think any Sbarro can probably get 3 stars, but this one in the Natick Mall gets an extra one because the manager, Gordon, is a nice guy and gets his staff to show the customer they appreciate their biz! Friendly, polite, and they really listen! It a day and age of mass-produced customer service, this pizza counter made me feel a little bit special! Kudo’s to a group that looks like they are trying to do the best job possible. And thanks for the sample garlic bread too! Disclaimer: This was my 1st trip ever to any Sbarro anywhere. Maybe all the others are just as friendly, but I would not bet money on that!

I asked the server if I could purchase a whole pizza to go, they had a whole 2 topping on the counter so I asked the server if I could have that one and he said yes, when he started to box it up one of the other workers stopped him and told me I couldn’t have it I would have to wait until he made another one(and they weren’t really busy) so I paid the $ 18 plus tax for a 2 topping pizza and waited only to get home and find a one topping pizza in the box. There’s NO excuse for not selling a customer a pizza that’s sitting right in front of them and then screwing it up…

I’ve never really been a fan of Sbarro, just because I think it’s a very average place that somehow gets to charge $ 4 a slice because it’s in a mall. This Sbarro has a great location right next to one of the doors in the Natick Mall, so they get to get impulse buys on the way in and the way out. It’s a pretty big area compared to a lot of the other spots in the food court, so they have a decent selection of pies all the time, but still, it’s so expensive for just being a piece of mall pizza. However, with the vegetarian options being so limited in any mall food court, Sbarro has its place in the Natick Mall.
