Pizza Hut

I have never written a review before, but I felt it necessary to today. I wish I had checked other reviewers’ experiences before I ordered, because I would have definitely ordered somewhere else.
When I was younger I loved Pizza Hut. It was always the most delicious pizza, so I figured I’d try it again since it’s been a long time since I have had it.
I ordered my pizza around 6:30 pm today (a Monday evening — after rush hour. Surely it shouldn’t be busy?) and was told my food would arrive around 7:30 pm. I ordered a pizza, an order of breadsticks, soda, and a dessert. An hour for a weekday already seemed like too long already, especially considering places like Dominos prepare/​deliver my food in less than half the time, usually.
Well, it is now 8 pm and I have yet to get my food. I tried calling their phone number (the line to check on status for your order) twice, and both times no one picked up. I called again and dialed the number for creating a new order and someone immediately picked up. I was told the delivery was on its way (an hour and a half after ordering).
As I was typing this my order arrived. It is now 8:06 pm. I took my first bite out of the pizza and honestly it’s terrible. I wish it was good because if it was I would have just deleted this whole thing and not typed it. The pizza is cold, overcooked, and hard, and has way too much sauce. The breadsticks are hard, cold, and squashed. I am so disappointed. I definitely wasted my $ 30.
Please do not order from here. Do not give them your business. Even if you have the patience to wait an hour and a half to two hours, what you get is not worth it at all. Really disgusting. The only saving grace was that the delivery man was a nice guy and the dessert was delicious.

Im giving this store 1 star for the following reason. I ordered from here last weekend at around 8:40pm was told it would be a little over a hour for my food to be delivered. At about a hour and 30 minutes i called wondering when my food would arrive, i was told they were extremely busy and the driver should be there shortly, to be noted they never asked for my name or address so how they knew it would be here shortly is beyond me but i said ok and hung up the phone. Almost 2 hours since i placed my order i still had not received my food i called once again and was told the exact same story and again they did not asked my name or address but I again just let that go. I know they close at 11pm so i tried calling before they closed and no one picked up the phone so at this point i decided to drive down to the store at 11:30 pm lucky me someone was still there, they opened the door which were locked and asked if they could help me i told them that i had ordered food at 8:40pm and never received my food they asked my address and said they had my food right there and that the driver had been in a accident and they had tried to contact me. Well i had my phone with me all night and not one person called me anyway they handed me my food and said they were sorry but didnt offer me anything for my inconvenience i had to come there, my food was cold, they gave my the wrong food and i paid for delivery that I didn’t receive not to mention the food looked like it had been thrown around. I understand things happen but i should have be offered a refund or something for my inconvenience and if I didn’t show up at the store i never would have received the food and still would have been charged i mean come on now thats just ridiculous.

This place is always great and friendly. I just wish they had a seating area and beer like the old days. Service here is always great when I go.

I ordered a pizza gift box. Two pizzas. Breadsticks (yuck)
And a pizza cookie.
Both pizzas had olives. Mushrooms and chicken. As per my order online. When i got home. I got one cheese pizza. And one of my special ordered pizzas. Now what really PISSED ME THE FUCK off was the fact that those pizzas were undercooked like a motherfuckaaah. I ordered them 11÷29÷15 LAST CHANCE for pizza hut. From now on ill go to dominos that isnt as good… Or to papa ginos. But pizza hut? NEVER AGAIN!!!

I am giving this place negative stars. Ordered pizza for delivery on a friday night and was told to wait between 1 and 1 and a half hours. The guy took the credit card details and everything. On waiting for close to 2 hours, when I called back, the guy told me there was no order !!! I have never experienced anything like this before. Says he can’t deliver to my address which is 3 miles and says that he can do something if I stop by the next time. Basically, 2 hours wait for dinner and I had to binge on chips because it was late to get dinner from anywhere. This pozza hut should not even be open. This place the most pathetic and lame people working in it.

Veggie Lovers pizza did not taste fresh. Everything including thin crust tasted stale. Guy at the counter was nice.

The best pizza hut I’ve ever been to. Ordered probably 10 times for pick-​up and every time it has been well made, accurate, and timely. The staff has been extremely friendly as well.

This place is a hit or miss when it come to their pizza. They do mess up on their orders once in a while, but they will make up for it when you call them.
Just hoping to get a «hit» on my next order.

If I could give this place negative stars I would.
The wife loves pizza hut, it’s nostalgic for her from growing up with it. So every now and then I’m a sucker for her and give in to getting it. The first time we got it, I definitely didn’t feel well.
Sadly it only got worse. This last time, we got it I got food poisoning. If you’ve never had food poisoning, pray to whatever God you believe in that you never do.
Please don’t go here. Please…

I still love Pizza Hut and their pan crust. When we called to order it was taken by a call center and we were offered the $ 10 special.
Either the $ 10 special is entirely different or I didn’t order the pan pizza. It was ok but not what I had hoped for which just makes me want to place another order to see what happened.
Errrr. I am not close enough for delivery which is also a bummer. Please Pizza Hut don’t let me down. I now must search for an alternate which is hard to find around here.

Not a huge fan of chain pizza, but I had a coupon, so we ordered from here tonight.
Placed the order on line. The site was easy to navigate and order was placed in minutes. We were told fifteen minutes and sure enough our order was ready as promised.
Pizza was OK, but could have been better if our chicken was not removed during order process. I will not be in a rush to return as there are much better local joints in the area.

THe pizza is solid for a chain but its the wings that are really good. You can get them regular, breaded, or tenders, and they have a bunch of good sauces. Their garlic parmesan sauce is one of the better ones I have had. I only get the pizza if nothing else is open or i don’t feel like driving anywhere, but the wings, I hate to say, are very solid.

Hunger struck me later in the evening so I decided to browse a few of my nearby options. I decided on Pizza Hut as my friends gave me a few of their favorite recommendations to try. I ordered online, noting the «Estimated Carryout Time» of 8:52pm. I give them a bit of extra time and arrived ready to pick up my order. It turns out the guy behind the grill tonight wasn’t paying attention to his orders and asked me to wait for him to make it. It was quite obvious he finally saw my order on his screen above the grill because after glancing up there, he looked in the compartment they use to keep takeout orders warm. Smooth son, it wasn’t there because you didn’t make it.
What kind of nonsense is that? This was my first time going to Pizza Hut, clearly I made a mistake and will need to go instead to other local pizzaria’s.

So the site wasn’t working so well… I had to call the store directly and the guy on the phone was SOOO nice! That earned them an extra star!
