I had my Daughters Birthday party here last month. It was a disaster. Chuck e is supposed to come out and sing Happy Birthday and greet my guests, they do a big count down. They had to repeat the countdown twice because Chuck e didn’t come out at the end of the count down. This was embarrassing. The kids got so excited then nothing. The girl that was running the party went and hid because she was so embarrassed. The cake I ordered from them was dry and gross. When I complained to cooperate the sent me a gift card for a free pizza and some tokens. I wont be using it.

Really not impressed at all, whatsoever. Absolute chaos. I brought my son today and will not be back. I think they have a lot of the same games from when I was four. I went on a Sunday and it was jam packed. It was very dirty. Very outdated. Still using actual tokens and paper tickets. There are much better places out there to bring your kids. I also really couldn’t stand that there were multiple men smoking cigarettes right outside the doorway.

My family used to go to this place back in the 90’s(when I was a kid) and always complained about something, I. e cleanliness, long lines, horrible smell but this place went thru an entire transformation. Everything in this place has changed for the better, from the carpets, games, staff, food. EVERYTHING!!! My nephews(ranging from 2 – 11) really enjoyed spending the day there!

Have to say, I didn’t have huge expectations, but the place was clean and the staff was very kind to me and my family. Most importantly my kid had a blast! You can get great deals from their website and they accept mobile coupons. Some machines were pot of order, but the majority were fine. It’s a small amount for a fun day for the kid and a quick sleep at night. We’ll be back!

Super pissed because someone pooped in the slide and it got all over my kids!!! When I went to tell the front desk, the teenagers working there just stared at me like I was crazy. I don’t think I’ll be bringing my kids to Chuck E Cheese again!

I have to admit, these places have come a long way since my first son as born 16 years ago. I used to always bring him there and they were nasty and just a filthy mess of broken machines and unsanitary practices. This location sits along route 9 in Natick and is fairly new. It used to be the old candlepin bowling alley which closed. It gets pretty crowded on weekend afternoons and the parking lot cannot hold all the cars. Best time is weekend mornings around 10:30−11am. they still adhere to the same practices of stamping everyones hand on the way in with numbers and matching them on the way out which is cool so nothing to worry about. The way these places has changed is they are absolutely immaculate and not one machine was broken. You can visit and just play games or you can order pizza and sit in a reserved booth and watch the same mechanical show that looks similar to years past. Token machines take dollars or the best, credit cards and dispense in $ 5 amounts. There is still a crawling tunnel but they ditched the ball crawl which was probably smart since germs festered there. The staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful. One side is mostly ticket dispensing games and the other is ride on vehicles and other games. Pretty good size place but if it gets packed it looks like it would shrink pretty fast. I was impressed how much this place has changed.

I will be honest, when my son insisted on having his party at Chuck E. Cheese I tried everything in my bag of tricks to talk him out of it. I was wrong. The party was such a relaxing event. I registered online, booked a party at 10 am and received an extra 120 tokens. From the moment we walked in the staff made my son feel special. They did EVERYTHING. I had 10 children attend, purchased 2 extra pizzas, drinks and a veggie platter for the adults and when I paid the bill it was $ 120 cheaper than the next priced venue. The kids loved it so much they did not want to leave.

I went back recently when it was completely dead, the food came out real fast but the bathroom wasn’t much better smell wise…

I had my son’s first birthday party here and it was awesome. After parties @ our house for the first 6-years, it was time to let the kids loose. The planning was perfect, reservations online was easy and the manager greeted us immediately. Timing was perfect … between Chuck, food, cake and the events was timed. No rush afterwards and the kids had a great memorable time.

I went here for my little cousin’s birthday. It is not a great place for adults. Okay service, however once your time is up you are moved to tiny tables that are not for kids having a birthday party. The food is not good. Bad pizza and re-used cups, not very sanitary in my opinion. There was a game in the arcade area that you put your finger through a maze that re-calibrates each time you put in a token. The issue I found was that it does not allow you to win as the time speeds up dramatically when you get very close to the finish. Not sure what it was called, but there is definitely some tricks that are played by the creator of these games so you can’t win the jackpot. The kids had a great time, but I, the 27 year old, did not.

A friend suggested meeting up on a Saturday evening. She said it is usually not crowded after 6:00…the place was mobbed! And of course, crowded family places bring out the absolute worst in people. It was wall to wall bodies, so it was really overwhelming for the kids, to the point, where you couldn’t play any games because kiids and parents where cutting lines, pushing ahead… people were acting like caged animals that just got let out of the zoo… it was a scary slice of America, that I do not wish to experience again. Knowing that indoor play spaces are breeding ground for germs at this time of year, I brought disinfecting wipes, to wipe down our table… the wipe was black… seriously. I think it’s a cute idea, but we live in an area where there are so many cool things to do with kids… this is one thing, you are better off skipping, or maybe go when it’s less crowded, like right when they open or something.
