Great lunch portions. The food is exactly what i was looking for. I also had a classic mojito which was perfect. Great atmosphere as well.

The best Mexican in the Boston area, by far. Chilli Rellenos are the best. Dos Equis on tap is the best Beer on the planet. Salsa hand made chips are made fresh daily. I just love this place.

Service is slow and the food is so-so — not authentic Mexican food by any stretch. Been here a few times, yesterday was the last time I’m going there. Have been on and off of the toilet for the past five hours. Never again.

If you want authentic Mexican food go to Acapulco’s! The food is always great, every time I have gone I have never had a bad meal! The service is excellent as well. The chips and salsa are very addicting! So don’t fill up too much on that because you are going to want dessert later on! I always get steak fajita quesadilla and its so good! The steak is always perfectly cooked! For dessert we always get fried ice cream! It’s AMAZING! We also go to the Norwood location and it is just as good! Also the Blue Moon Margarita is very good as well!

Typical Mexican restaurant nothing special but one of the few in the area and seems like it has a pretty good bar which can be hard to find in the area

The arros con pollo is hands down one of the best dishes I’ve had in quite some time.

Very popular place for drinks after work. Get there early or be ready to park down the street. I like this place best for drinks and chips and salsa. Food is only okay.

Here we are in Needham at Alcapulcos enjoying a great meal. Free chips and great salsa to start the meal. Margaritas were wonderful and the meals were also good. Chimichangas, burritos and fajitas were excellent. The service was spot on and friendly. Would recommend this restaurant if your in the area.

Ever since Alcapulcos moved locations the quality of my meal experience has gotten worse. For some reason, it is just lacking something. Perhaps it is because the ambience of the old restaurant was much nicer. It seemed a lot more open and happier than the new location. The food itself seems to have degraded as well, or maybe it’s just because I used to be happier eating it. Ever since I was little I have ordered the combination of three platter. They used to stare at me as a skinny 12 year old and wonder how I could pull off cleaning my plate to the last grain of rice! Sadly, prices have increased a lot in the past 8 years. The food is definitely good through. Their burrito is ginormous and what I ordered last time. The chicken meat inside was excellent and I brought part of it to go it was so big! I love Alcapulcos, it just isn’t what it used to be.

Eh, the fish tacos were literally way too fishy. The fish wasn’t fresh. The other items weren’t too bad, but once I tasted the fish tacos all other items seemed underwhelming.

Service was great. Food was marginal. The place didn’t feel clean. I think the place is more for a watering hole for the local business park after work. The place was dead on a Saturday lunch hour(should have been an indication). My wife’s fish tacos were meh and not very fresh at all. My steak chimichangas were marginal and not very flavorful. We have driven by it many times and meant to try it. I guess we will keep driving by it. It looks like a great Thursday Night atmosphere if you’re a 20-something and working in the adjacent office park, but I am neither at this point. That all being said; the server, host and help were about as nice as it gets.

Food is great but no apology or comp of any sort since waiter charged me 2 times the amount. Waiter had charged me the amount of the entire bill even though I had written the amount.

We stop here every time we’re in the area. Occasionally, we’ve been«in the area» solely to visit. Wonderful food! Free chips and salsa are always a plus. We’ve tried many things on the menu; although the fajitas are my personal favorite, nothing has disappointed. Speedy service. You won’t be waiting more than 10 minutes for your food. Definitely worth a stop(if you like Americanized Mexican food)

Chain Mexican food. The chips and salsa were really pretty good. I’ve had a lot of better salsas, that were homemade. This is pretty basic stuff, that I’m not sure if they make in-house. It’s not bad though. I tried the Shrimp and Bacon tacos. I was pretty impressed. The shrimp weren’t bad at all. Decent size and chopped up, with some pico and a tangy sauce. I liked them. The service was slow and I think we waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came to bring us drinks. It think it’s passable for Mexican, and prices aren’t terrible.

My family loves coming here. The kids eat food that’s not fried(fajitas), and everyone leaves stuffed. The salsa is fresh and delicious. The wait staff is also incredibly friendly, and always remember us when we come in. The best part is that my family of 5 can have dinner for less than $ 50!

The food was good. I had the beef picio(I am not sure it that is spelled right at all) got it off the lunch menu for $ 10. There was alot of food on the plate. I am full. The reason why I took one star off is cause of the décor. I don’t like it that much. The food is good though.

I’ve gotten better Mexican food off the back of a truck then I’ve had here. I’ve passed Acapulcos many times getting off the high way and finally went to check it out. This visit started off bad and we should have walked out immediately. The woman at the door was ignoring us when we walked in and when she finally sat us down our booth didn’t have a light. When I asked her if the light turned on she just shook her head and walked away before I could ask to be reseated. The give you fresh tortilla chips when you sit down and it comes with salsa. That was the only thing I enjoyed there. I ordered the pacifico chimichanga with no peppers in it. It came with rice, beans and lettuce. It said it had fish, shrimp and scallops. It had peppers in it and I could tell that none of the seafood was fresh. The shrimp were salad shrimp meaning they are tiny and intended to be put in salads. The scallops were even smaller then bay scallops, and the fish was shredded to pieces with the occasional bone. I didn’t even eat half of it and my boyfriend wouldn’t even touch it. The service was just as terrible as the food. If you want to have the worst stomach problems and gas in your life, go ahead and try Acapulcos.

I wasn’t a fan… Not that it was bad but it was just…“meh”…Walking to the table and looking at everyone else’s plates and how bad it looked it scared me to order a burger… yes, I ordered a burger at a mexican place… even the food of my comrade looked like day old slop that had a sheet of skin that when you went into with a spoon literally wrinkled… unfortunately I will not be coming back… awesome paintings in the front though

My husband and I went for dinner tonight, using a LivingSocial($ 10 for $ 20 of food) coupon. Acapulco’s is basically Chi-Chi’s, except with tremendously high prices for a low– to mid-end Mexican restaurant. $ 13 for two microwaved cheese enchiladas… insane. We should’ve gone to Border Café, where even the seafood enchiladas are only $ 11 and the cheese enchiladas about no more than $ 8, and the rice and beans aren’t canned. I’m going to get a refund on the second Acapulco’s coupon I bought.
