Unfortunately this store doesn’t stand behind the products it sells. Only after I called the corporate number did anyone offer to assist. I will gladly make the drive to either of the big box competitors. The manager was ZERO help…

So glad ACE opened near by. Yes prices are higher than Home Depot but for convenience it can’t be beat. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Has a little bit of everything. For pure size alone no it can’t compete with Lowe’s or Home Depot in their vast selection, but if you need basic harware supplies and friendly neighborhood service «Ace is the Place»

I love this store! I was not an ACE shopper before the store opened in New Albany. I love how convenient it is. Avoiding Morse and Hamilton is a huge win. The staff is so friendly and always wants to help. Popcorn while I shop is always a plus.
