This place is hit or miss, I’ve had really great experiences then really really bad experiences. Service and food are okay, but it’s not anything you couldn’t make at home(somethings might be better). I won’t say I’d never go back, but when I’m in a gambling mood I’ll hit up creek side.

Quintessential Americana cuisine. Friendly service 100% of the time. Delicious breakfast food(is there anything better than breakfast food?) Realistically priced. Great view in an aesthetically pleasing locale.

Came here for breakfast after a night out with some girlfriends. There’s very LITTLE to choose from around the central New York area when it comes to breakfast… And I mean GOOD breakfast food. I’m used to New Jersey diners. You can’t even compare the«diners» and«cafes» around here to REAL jersey diners… It just ain’t happenin. This is a breakfast café in New York mills next to McDonald’s. It wasn’t busy for a Sunday afternoon. Got here around 11:30. Waitress was quick and friendly. The food is tasteless. Even the coffee, it tasted like water. Blechhhhh. I had a spinach and feta omelet. Ummm they didn’t even melt the cheese. The omelet was cooked with spinach inside, they cut it in half, sprinkled some feta on top and plopped the other half of the omelet over the cheese. Ok? It was very disappointing. The home fries looked and tasted 100 years old. Breakfast for 2 was $ 23 bucks. I couldn’t even finish it. I wouldn’t waste your money. Maybe the lunch is better? It’s a very nice and clean diner, and they have outdoor seating so I’ll give ya 2 stars.

Went out for brunch this Sunday… Waited over an hour for our breakfast. The server didn’t even come over to acknowledge the long wait. I’ve always loved coming here but this was rediculous. After getting our food he never came over to see how everything was. Thank god it was a nice day outside I did enjoy the weather.

Food is pretty good, prices can get pretty steep though for breakfast or Father’s Day or Mother’s Day brunch for sure.

I love this place! Beautiful view. Decent breakfast. We miss our old waiter, Brian, but we still enjoy the experience!

Food is good but the service is dreadful. My mother, husband and I went for breakfast over the weekend. Our order was taken promptly after being seated. We waited over an hour after the order was placed for our food. We ordered French toast, an omelet and stuffed hash browns. The restaurant was busy, but it appeared many tables already had their food. When a table of four who were seated about 20 minutes after us received their orders I stopped the waitress to ask what was happening and she said our order was in the window. We didn’t receive it for another 10 minutes. Communication goes a long way in this type of situation. If we were told the kitchen was backed up or our order was misplaced, we would have been more likely to forgive the situation. There were no apologies and no reasons given for the long wait.

Food is always solid. Big servings. We come here on a weekend for breakfast and somehow always get to see what looks like something out of the Sopranos; a bunch of Italian-looking old men show up at a central table to act like the upstate New York mafia – no joke! They laugh and chat it up and are very expressive with their hands and you may even hear them speaking Italian – that is – adding a vowel on to a word in English. Kiss the Don’s pinky ring… Great show! Excellent food. Coffee is a little watery.

The food was a 4, but their service so poor that just 2 of us spent an hour there for breakfast. We had 3 full cups of coffee before our food came, and that was after we told them we were getting ready to leave! Not to mention it wasnt extremely busy either! We never got the water we asked for, had to find our waitress to place our order, and had to ask for our check. I don’t think I will go back ever.

Creekside is great, we go there for breakfast a lot. There’s good options for breakfast and it’s comfortable. Usually crowded and noisy, but there’s no issues with having your own space and being able to carry on a conversation.

On a Wednesday morning around 8AM, the place was virtually empty! I had 3 sunnyside up eggs, home fries, and whole wheat toast as well as orange juice and coffee. Except for the home fries, which were not that great, it was a good breakfast. Very good service. With tip, it was around $ 9.

Creekside has a really nice diner breakfast. They also offer a full menu as well as having an ice cream stand. Since I only stopped in for breakfast, that’s what this review will be based on. I ordered my typical 2 eggs, bacon, and rye toast. This particular day I was feeling a bit saucy and ordered half of a Belgian Waffle. Service was fast and friendly, and we were able to enjoy our breakfast on the outdoor patio(definitely a bonus point for this). My girlfriend tried the spinach/feta breakfast wrap which she liked, but didn’t love. My eggs were very slightly overcooked, but not too bad. I plan on heading back sometime and trying the normal menu or possibly some ice cream — hard to mess that one up right?

3.5 stars I tried the fish fry and the chicken riggies from Creekside Café. The beer battered fish fry came with cole slaw and tartar sauce. I couldn’t believe how big the fish was, it could definitely feed two people. Unfortunately it was too greasy for me, and I couldn’t enjoy the actual fish. The chicken riggies on the other hand, was pretty tasty. I definitely recommend their riggies.
