Horrible horrible service. I called for pick up and the girl who answered wouldn’t even let me finish my order and kept rushing me. When I got there the same girl was working the front and was once again extremely rude for no reason. When I asked for extra soy sauce she refused until I said I would pay extra. Food isn’t bad but the attitude I received is enough for me to never go back.

The first thing you notice about this place is it is in a Gas Station parking lot but it is actually very good. Pineapple fried rice is delicious and their tofu skin avocado rolls are top notch. Also like the deep fried tuna rolls, calamari maki, and peanut avocado rolls.

Was skeptical about a sushi spot in a gas station plaza… but food was very tasty. Paradise roll was a little mushy but tasted great, as well as the pork gyoza.

Really really really horrible service. Staff is extremely rude. Food is good but sadly the staff is very unfriendly. Girl at the front was wearing a dog face the entire time– if you work to serve people then act like it. They’re the type of place to charge you .25 plus tax for three extra drops of spicy mayo. After just spending $ 40+ on their food. I asked for a fork and this old lady literally told me to just use the same fork my b. f had just finished using for a salad lol we weren’t even greeted upon entering. It was more like«wah you wan» –____________–

DONOTUSECREDITCARDTHRUTHEIRWEBSITE. I even called to tell them when i had my card number stolen for the second time when i used their website, but looking at other reviews, the owners did nothing about it. Perhaps they are in on it… I had to get my card numbers changed twice. I realized the connection after the second time and no longer order. their food is good, but I refuse to order any longer because I use credit cards and they don’t seem to care about safety. So, pay cash. The tempura shrimp roll is my FAVORITE, as is the crunchy shrimp roll and spicy tuna(wuth cucumber, i ask for to be added in). However, they sometimes charge for the cucumber and always forget it, so i stopped ordering this. Their teryaki chicken is basic. Nothing special. The shumai is standard — steamed shumai, tasty. The crab rangoon are very good also. They do have fast delivery and everything comes hot. However, ever since my card number was stolen the last time, i don’t order from them anymore.

Terrible food. Terrible service. The waitress was literally eating a subway sandwich with one hand and serving us with the other. And they must not know what smiling is because they seem like the most miserable people on earth. The wasabi they served was so old it was almost black — nothing was fresh. Should’ve known when it was behind a gas station. GROSS! Do yourself a favor and STAYAWAY!

I love this place, they make good salmon sushi which is my favorite, followed by fatty tuna and then striped bass. Also a fan of their pineapple fried rice — your choice of meat — and I always ask for extra cashew. Sometimes they charge extra for it, sometimes they don’t but by extra i mean $ 1 — fair enough. Prices are normal, and delivery is fast

DONOTORDERTHROUGHTHEIRWEBSITE, YOURCREDITCARDINFOWILLGETSTOLEN! I used to order from this spot all the time, like everyone else I was initially skeptical of a Japanese takeout located in a gas station, but I tried it out and found the food to be pretty good. I used to order the Bento box, probably the best value on the menu. The folks at the restaurant are very attentive and the delivery is very quick. I recently had a bad experience with Kiki and thought it was necessary to share. Several weeks ago I thought I would try ordering through kiku’s website, I was required to create an account and add my credit card information. After creating my account, I placed my order and it arrived very quickly as it usually does… about two days later I received a call from my credit cards’ security department with a report of suspicious activity on my card. Sure enough there were several fraudulent charges on my card(which I rarely used to begin with), the last legitimate charge was from kiku. The food is pretty good, just be careful using a credit card and ordering through kiku’s website!!!

I know most people only write reviews when they have bad experiences at a restaurant but this is beyond bad. After eating some sushi that clearly smelt bad(we ordered about 5 rolls which came out to $ 79!!! More expensive than our fav spot in Manhattan) we couldn’t even eat more than a roll between the both of us. Immediately felt sick. Had to turn around and drive back to the city. We ate at Kiku around 5pm and threw up twice(both of us!) since we’ve been home. So now I don’t feel like I have to say BEWARE. If you eat here do NOT make plans after and prepare to spend the next two hours of your life in the bathroom followed by stomach pains never felt before. The fish was NOT fresh or even close to edible. It’s def a drug cover up cause the staff was beyond rude almost like they wanted us to leave. Followed by a $ 90 bill. Great times.

Ok so im mindlessly pumping away into my guzzler of a car when i look to the right and begin to question the quality of a sushi place located 10 yards away from gas pumps. My initial thought was ‘boy i hope they dont do hibachi because if they do, at some point pelham road will be up in flames’. Hey as long as those flames spread towards and engulf the structure that is/was/goingtobe a&p/torinos/keyfood/fanfare/nextinevitablefailure perhaps it wont be considered much of a tragedy. I kidd, i kidd. But seriously im glad to say i was wrong and the place offers pretty good quality rolls of both cooked and uncooked varieties at a reasonable price. I ordered the eel mango crunchy roll(cooked) for 6 bucks and would say its a couple rungs below really good sushi but miles ahead of supermarket sushi despite being relatively the same price. Definitely on my list of worthy delivery choices in the area.

Great place in the neighborhood! I got a really tasty roll, crab Rangoon and the green salad. I’d say it was solid and a great price. Take out service was fast and the staff was pleasant. I’ll definitely be going back for a quick weeknight meal.

The lady’s attitude was bad, who was talking to me on the phone and handed me off very quickly! I didn’t make an order for delivery yet.

This place isn’t very good. It’s below average. They are not friendly at all and a little rude. The sushi is sub par and not the freshest. I got sushi there for my wife’s b day lunch because of the reviews. Bad idea

The customer service at this place sucks!!! The lady who served us was very nasty and had the worst attitude. When we sat down to order, she came and repeated«you are leaving right?» When our 8 month old dropped one of the sauce plates, the lady gave us the death stare and rolled her eyes. Even when she was serving, she was very unpleasant and showed her dislike. We had a very bad experience at this place. Anyway, the food was alright, we had pinapple fried rice which was average. Nothing extraordinary.

We were the only diners for a late Christmas lunch. I don’t think anyone even came in for take-out, which was surprising because everything we ordered was pretty good. We got the veggie tempura, the shrimp tempura, and several sushi platters. The food came out quickly and the prices were decent. The strip mall location is not ideal. The décor was ok — some music would be really appreciated. Service was attentive. We’ll be back.

Eh, it’s ok. I’m assuming the reason this place has such a high rating is because of the fact that there’s no other sushi place in New Rochelle. It’s a tiny place with not much seating but I guess most people just get take out from here. I’ve had a couple different rolls from here now: the eel and mango, salmon skin, yellowtail, lobster, etc. Really nothing special.

Got the scoop on this place from Unilocal,we tried a number of things here. Starting with the bento box, the different dragon rolls, and the fried green tea dessert. It’s a nice comfy small place, we were the only customers on a Wednesday afternoon. The little boy working there was a sweetie, the dessert was to die for! I’m definitely going here again, the only downside is that they use smaller portions of seafood in the rolls compared to other places I’ve tried.
