Horrible! Wash & Fold service: Any place that you drop off twenty plus pounds of dirty laundry after 10 AM and they say you can pick it up at 5 pm is doing something wrong or cutting corners somewhere! Clothes come back folded very neatly smelling like cheap perfume and look dirtier than when you dropped them off.

I am very disappointed with marketing tactic. I have a coupon for $ 5.00 off any dry cleaning and alteration order over $ 20 & up. When I came to pick up my order this past Monday I was told they won’t accept it because I had to give it to them at the time I dropped off my laundry. I told them I didn’t know about this policy since I am a new customer nor was this stated on the coupon or anywhere in the store. He gave me the I don’t care look and attitude and refused to take the coupon despite. I ended up paying full price and told him I will let others in the neighborhood know about their «bait and switch» tactic. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND UNFAIR.
