Yasmin was amazingly helpful and friendly, truly a fantastic customer service experience — I had a cookbook laminated and bound and everything was taken care of quickly.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Brooklyn, NY
When I went into this Kinko’s to use the computer to print and then to fax something, I thought it would take me a total of 20 – 30 minutes. I wound up spending an hour there. First, none of the regular computers were open, so I had to use one of the«more advanced» computers for design or etc(basically it had a scanner attached to it and maybe a couple extra programs) which was $ 27/hr rather than $ 18. I would not have had to use a more expensive computer if there weren’t 2 regular computers which weren’t working. Then I went to print my 5 pages and it wouldn’t allow me to use the Black and White printer since it was now out of order. I had to pay 99 cents a page to print so I spent twice as much money to print as I should have. I tried to find an available employee to ask why I was being forced to pay more money to print when it was their fault their printer was out of order, but they were all busy or just standing at counters while on the phone. Also, all this was taking longer than it should have which was adding to my hourly charges on the computer itself. I then sent my fax which was $ 1.49 for the first page and $ 1 for each additional, normal charges for a Kinko’s. After all was said and done I spent like $ 15(because all the prices were before tax) when I should have just sucked it up and hauled it out to school in Brooklyn so I could have used a computer for free and printed for free and just used the copy store nearby to send my fax for less money. All in all, if this helps me get hired back where I temped last summer, then I guess it won’t matter that I spent the money but it was just unnecessary aggravation. I’ve used this Kinko’s in the past and it hasn’t been this frustrating but I think that was just because it wasn’t quite as busy and their printer actually worked that time.
