What a great store! I first found out about them when I saw them at the NYGIF (New York gift show). They really have cute stuff! It took me 2 gift shows to finally check them out. Anyway, my boss is also Japanese and she loves this store. On her surprise baby shower, I made sure to bring a gift from here! I got a teeny tiny pillow ($ 40) and a ($ 18) bib. Too cute! (And just like at my boss’s shop), they have very intricate gift wrapping. So happy!
The store is super small though. Could accommodate probably 4 – 5 shoppers at a time.
Btw, They have a sale bin too, just FYI.
P. S. All three other co workers went here as well; as we all know that this was the place to go for the cutest baby gifts!

This store is awesome. If you are looking for something unique for a baby or child, definitely look here. Everything looks to be handmade and most of the fabrics are wonderful to touch. The designer is Japanese, but there is not a store in Japan. If you have to have organic cotton, I think most of their stuff is but not everything, so be sure to ask. My favorite things in the store are the beautiful stuffed animals which look like they are straight out of a Golden Book. Love the friendly customer service and jazz music playing to relax you into spending more then you should. Simple gift wrapping but with great color flourishes. This is definitely an ‘if you have to ask you can’t afford it’ kinda place, but if you have a budget the clerks will help you find something.

Well I have to say one of my favorite children couture designers… her aesthetic charm and unique style is just so savvy for the wee ones… I have a childrens boutique in Rockrigde/​Oakland, Ca. simply named .milk. and her designs are so in demand… I hope there’s a womens line coming soon
