i asked for a simple service only to be charge almost $ 300 because what i asked for didn’t clean the item. They admitted that they did things to try to clean the item that i never asked for and then charged me $ 300. Dishonest business to say the least.

Place is awful. Got same day laundry service. Receipt and person I spoke to said ready by 5pm then they try to say «after» 5pm so I had to call back 2x then force them to call supplier to find out what time because my hotel is down town. Bad attitude on top of it. Go to one of the other 100 cleaners nearby.

I have used this dry cleaners for many years & they’ve always been great with the dry cleaning & delivery service. This review is for the wash & fold. The first time I received someone else’s underwear in my laundry bag. The next time, someone else’s socks showed up. This last time (& the last time I’ll ever use them) literally every pair of my UNDERWEAR returned with rips & holes in them. What the hell Park West??! I can’t figure out what you could have done to have put holes in all of my underwear– most have ripped to shreds. Does heavy bleach do that? The wrong detergent? Where are your washer & dryers for god’s sake & what are they built of? Do you have a worker doing the laundry who has a pair of Scissorhands??? Trust me I’ve considered practically every scenario. In all my years doing my own laundry have I ever managed to rip anything. I can’t figure it out. Do not send anything here that you want to see returned in one piece.

Impressed! Dry clean item came back as new snd they took extra steps to take care of the clothes. Could be pricy but totally worth it.

I took my clothes here to be washed and specifically asked for a hypo-​allergenic soap. They said they would send them out to be sure. The clothes weren’t ready when promised, and the day I put them on I started getting a rash. On my feet, waistline, neck, top to bottom. 3 days later I’m heading to the doctor it’s gotten that bad.

This review is for their dry cleaning services. They may be better at alterations. Their prices for women’s clothing is overpriced, they upcharge on stains, which I can understand, but not when they don’t get the stain out. How can they charge 20 dollars for a small stain, say it is fixed, bring the dress home and see there’s a white spot around the stain?

I only ever use this place for wash and fold drop off service but I love it. The staff is always very friendly and delightful and they will not only pick up your laundry but also deliver it when it’s done, usually with a 1-​day turnaround time. I kind of hate that it’s closed on Sundays but that’s just because I’m super rude and lazy. Obviously, everyone deserves a day off.

I’ve used this place for many years. I’ve been happy with all of the alterations they’ve done for me & they have always been very respectful & courteous. I feel very welcome when I go in there. Their service is very prompt & they will pick-​up/​deliver quickly. I only had them do the wash & fold a few times. The first time I got someone else’s underwear back, the second time a sock was lost & one towel didn’t totally get clean, hopefully that part will improve. They seem very open to suggestions /​concerns though. I would definitely recommend this place.

I needed a gown altered, pressed and packed for a flight to a n black tie event. They did it all within 2 hours, for $ 25. Can’t beat that service. This is why we live here, right?

Grossly overpriced and I really hate the fact that they consistently try to upcharge you for services you don’t really need.

I’d been a satisfied customer for a couple decades when suddenly, possibly coinciding with new hire, prices became inexplicably high ($ 6+ to wash/​iron a simple cotton shirt), colors were bleached out; a chiffon blouse – «no starch, please” – came back stiff as a board; and, the new guy was rude. They’re good at getting out stains, though, and delivery’s impeccable, still, I’m looking…

Price is outrageous and random ($ 6-​$ 7 a shirt last time I picked up my load, for some reason). Service isn’t particularly friendly either. Blue shirt turned purple. They declined any kind of responsibility, started being aggressive. Never trusting them with my business anymore. Terrible service overall.

Worst cleaners, really disappointed. Got my fluff n’ fold back and NONE of my underwear had been washed. It had been folded and put back into my laundry basket.
Figured it was a fluke, brought another order in. Shame on me — one of my cotton sundresses came back with giant greasestains all over it!
In terms of tailoring: Charged me a fortune for altering a dress, wore in the next weekend and realized they did an awful job. Puckered sides, way too tight. What a disaster.
Charged me $ 80 for a few dresses and 2 cropped cardigans to be dry cleaned.
Never, ever going to bring them any more business.

I am rather disturbed after being a customer with this dry cleaners for over 3 years that they would lose my business over a dress that cost 50 bucks.
understandably i was upset to find my GREY dress had turned PURPLE after a dry cleaning with them. when brought to their attention instead of offering me a fair price for the dress which was not even 2 months old and only fifty something dollars, they proposed i try to return it as it was not their fault bc there were no dry cleaning instructions. i said i had purchased the dress in a different state and it wasn’t an option. then after asking me what was so bad about the new purple color, they said maybe they could dye it back (what? that clearly did not make sense but whatever i’d let them try) and call me that week to let me know. and of course I didn’t hear from them for over 2 weeks (obviously they had no intention of doing anything with the dress and were just trying to wait me out) and had to go back to be told again how it wasn’t their fault and given a chemical explanation of why the dress turned purple. really? do i care about how the dress turned purple all that matters was that it did in their dry cleaning store and i was upset, and rightly so, a customer of over 3 years.
i believe the true measure of a good business is how they treat a customer when something actually goes wrong. i truly hope anyone who uses this place never has the misfortune of something coming back to them a little off because do not expect them to take any responsibility as professionals.

I’ve been using these guys for about 3 years and they’re great. Always picking up and dropping off promptly. I like how it’s all done in house and on premises. I also have them do alterations. Great service and good quality.
