Quan Sushi

Just ordered delivery from here (3 Roll Lunch Special.) The second cheapest sushi option that delivers to my house, but doesn’t make me choose between soup or salad, offering both for just about a dollar more than my regular place.
Delivery: super quick, especially considering they’re ¾ths of a mile away from me! Quicker than my regular sushi delivery place which is considerably closer.
The delivery guy was so kind!!! It’s the little things. He goes, «hi! how are you? Thank you!» That just makes you feel good, you know? My usual sushi spot’s delivery guy just kinda plops it into my hands.
They didn’t skimp out on utensils and sauces which is awesome cause a lot of places do.
Sides: The soup — awwww yeah. Loved it. I’m not a big fan of salty miso soup, so if you aren’t either, you will enjoy Quan’s miso. Arrived very warm though it’s winter (yesterday, I got miso from my regular sushi spot. I had to microwave it.) Again, the little things I appreciate.
The salad — the actual greens, meh. No cherry tomato and not a ton of greens, but the ginger sauce is not watery and sad (again, my regular sushi spot…) It’s nice and thick, which I appreciate. Thumbs up!!!
The sushi: Super fresh Cali roll. But y’all, the spicy tuna here isn’t playing around like most places. It’s got its own unique flavor and I really recommend it. One of the best spicy tuna rolls I’ve had! Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of their spicy salmon roll. It was fishier tasting than it should’ve been (you might be thinking: of course it’s fishy, it’s fish; but no, it’s that taste that salmon gets when it’s not the freshest.) Not unpalatable, but I likely won’t get the salmon again.
The value here is good, delivery was SO quick and curteous and I (mostly) enjoyed the food. I’m full and satisfied. Will do again; hopefully they don’t narrow their delivery range (don’t you hate when places do that?) and hopefully I get the same delivery guy.

Lugar minusculo e frio!!! Apenas 4 mesas porem a comida é deliciosa e preço justo! Bento box apenas 9 dolares! Vem com miso, goham, sushi e salada! Meu bento box foi de chicken katsu!

Our office usually order lunch from this Sushi place because it’s so close with out office. Their price is fair and sushi quality is great! Sashimi all very fresh~ probably this is the only sushi place in this area. I know there is one near soho but it’s still too far from Chinatown.
Place is small but sweet.
Sometimes, I go there for lunch when I’m off too.
Great place for dating too :)
