I wish there was a book like the famous book «What to Expect when you are expecting» for every year for every person. The body begins to break down and it takes more to support yourself as you age. The joys of getting older! My weekend this weekend consisted of colonics, massages, Chinese herbs and Yoga. WOO Hoo! Party Time!-Not
My husband and I get herbs here for our ailments. At doctors I usually refuse medicine from pain killers after surgery to whatever else. I take only what is necessary to survive. The problem is most medication is made to keep you dependent on it. Chinese herbs are for supporting your system. The only downside is that they are not regulated. It is taking control of your health. Traditional Chinese live healthier lives so they must be doing something right!
This is the herbal shop that we use. They speak my husband’s Chinese. My husband has tinnitus and gets herbs to help. When he doesn’t take them he can’t hear. I take them for all kinds of things at different times. Right now for digestive disorders.
I am still alive so I guess it’s working!
