I went last night the staff was so unprofessional. They made funny of customers that came in including the manager they are all about lack luster performance. Beware of this. My advice go to penn station a little more expensive but the professionalism is a lot better.

You’ll fit right in if your a bum, crackhead, or a criminal evading the police, avoid this McDonalds and the area as a whole, that being said the service is not bad and the management seems very professional, Sadly it just seems to be a haven for the undesirable’s of the city.

Well I been to this McDonald’s on Board St for a quiet sometimes all I can say is that it too ghetto, I mean some of the people like for example the school kids you know, like they want to hang out at McDonald’s or any other fast food joint.

The place was remodeled a few months ago… now there are 3 television screens and new décor… It looks like a sports bar now… There’s also free wifi now… which is cool… I told myself months ago that I would never go there again because me & my cousin got into a disagreement with management… but here I am… back…eating a big mac…

A super awesome place to check email and Unilocal while trying not to get stabbed. One star for the Wifi. One for the diet coke. –3 for the dude that looks like he’s whacking off in the booth across from me. I suppose he wants to be my Valentine? Kevlar.

This is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many in my worldly travels. In fact, the customer service is probably the worst at this business than any other business I’ve ever been to. Essentially, the customer is the enemy here. If getting your fries in a reasonable amount of time means jeopardizing the integrity of an elaborate fingernail fresco, it frankly won’t happen. I’ve been here several times, and the service seems to keep getting worse(though I should disclose that I’ve never gone during normal 9 – 5 business hours). Most recently, through a series of easily preventable misunderstandings, flagrant errors, apparent lack of remaining food, and apathy, I waited an extra 18 minutes to get my poorly-made food, only 20% of which I had originally ordered. A pox on you, Broad St McDonald’s!
