Normally when I visit a massive food chain I normally don’t expect the best service/food quality but this location blew me out of the water. My co-workers and I were forced to visit this location due to the wait times at all the surrounding restaurants being extremely long. The only two positive things that I experienced at this location was the wait time, only 20 minutes, and the front staff truly tried to help me find something to eat due to my dietary restrictions. Once we were seated the experience went downhill from very fast. The waitress was very nice and tried to maintain a positive attitude but she couldn’t help recover our experience. Even though the restaurant was not as packed our food took roughly 45 minutes to arrive at our tables. The waitress kept forgetting to bring our drink requests so we couldn’t enjoy our beverages while we ate our food. Once the food arrived I didn’t have any high expectations but they managed to mess up the simple pasta dish I ordered. The pasta was extremely under-cooked and chewy. Which is surprising since it took so long for the food to come out so I wonder what they were doing in the back kitchen. The one positive thing I can say about the food is that the chocolate cake was good mainly because I don’t think they actually made the cake in-house. Towards the end of our dining experience we noticed a family of five sitting at the table next to us. They were fairly loud but we ignored them while we looked around trying to locate our waitress. The waitress disappeared once we got the food and didn’t return voluntarily to our table until the table next to us started saying stuff to one of the gentleman I was with. One of the mothers yelled to our table«it’s not nice to stare are kids». She accused one of the guys at my table with staring at her kids and telling her kids he was a bad guy. The gentleman was sitting next to me and wasn’t even in her tables line of sight so we were very confused and why she was acting so crazy. The waitress was extremely flustered and asked us if we wanted to move tables. I’m not sure if that’s the type of customers that they normally serve but I definitely will never visit another Red Lobster. The food was terrible, the staff was sub-par, and the customers we encountered were extremely aggressive. I’m not a fan of Olive Garden but take the extra 1 minute and drive to the Olive Garden. And the cheddar biscuits were not even that tasty!

Salmon New Orleans is supposed to come with mash potatoes and it came with rice. Didn’t ask for rice. The souvenir glass drink is a sippy cup size and the drink is just juice. Waiter was great but serving size was trash

Went on 1÷3÷15. I had the ultimate feast and substituted the lobster for scallops. Crabs were ok, scallops were hard and tasteless. Lack of flavor to the whole meal except the mashed potatoes with the lobster topping on it. Problem was that the waitress kept asking if we wanted different things such as the topping and never told us it cost extra. I was mad by the time I got my bill due to all the up charges made because of her suggestions. My wife had the 4 course meal. She got steak, salad and soup, but never got her dessert. Steak, broccoli and baked potato were great! Won’t be coming back though. Would rather go to Lestardo’s and get real seafood that’s fresh

If I could give 0.25 of star I would. My server was very nice. The food was terrible. The wait was long. The alcoholic beverage that I ordered tasted like it had no alcohol in it. Will not return.

A fantastic place to eat. Went there with my husband even after reading the reviews. We had a gift card and wanted to to use it. Our waiter was Steve. U have to request him. He was fantastic!!! Our food was brought out in a timely manner and it was hot. We both had the shrimp… Yum!!! My husband and I could not finish it! We were looking for Steve to let him no they we were taking our food home when he appeared at our table side with a box, extra biscuits and extra sauces. I was impressed. The food was great and our waiter was was fantastic. Remember to ask for Steve if u go and go u should.

It’s been a long time on the road today and this was a welcome stop. I had eaten here before in the winter and it wasn’t very busy back then. Today it was also not that busy but that made the service very good they were very quick in bringing out drinks, appetizers and dinner. The food was very good. I had the crispy shrimp lettuce wraps which were new to the menu. The side Caesar salad was good but I could tell that it was a bit rushed in preparation. Drinks were refilled often and even though I didn’t want them they brought out their famous cheddar bay biscuits. Overall it was what I would expect from a chain restaurant.

Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I’ve had bad experiences with Red Lobster in the past but since my grandmother wanted to come here for her birthday I was left without options. Needless to say, the service was great and the food was delicious. I was satisfied with every aspect of our meal. Took a star away for crab legs that were kind of dry. Will not hesitate to go to Red Lobster as long as it is at this location!

Everyone obviously has different opinions, but I am surprised to see so many low ratings. Personally, Red Lobster has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants. I usually get the Seaside Shrimp Trio which has creamy shrimp alfredo, Walt’s favorite shrimp(breaded shrimp), and shrimp scampi. I crave it all the time! I’ve also had the Admiral’s Feast which has Walt’s favorite shrimp, scallops, clam strips and flounder, which are all fried. Also DELICIOUS. I love Red Lobster.

My wife and my kids 1yr old and 2 yr old have been watching the commericals which got us in the mood to go. This was and will be the last time we go. It took is 20 minutes just to get table and there was at least 10 tables open. We saw mostly elderly customers while dining. well trying to. It took another 20 minutes just to get our order for appetizers and drinks. The service was very long and irritating. The food is ok. but we could had the experience at Mcdonalds. Never asked for refills, checked if food was good, basically didn’t care. At the end. they forgot our biscuits which we asked for to go… that too another 20 min. To retrieve. We also saw other customers treated the same way. Im surprised this place is doing any business. The employees are clearly there for a check and not customers. BEWARNED!

The food is OK. I had the flounder and fries. The fries were good but the flounder was not all that great. It just kind of sat there and did nothing for my taste buds. Don’t get me wrong is wash’t horrable just wasn’t real good either. The wait staff seem to be stressed out with a lot of the running all around and not getting a lot done. Our server checked on us 1 time after we were served and we had to hunt her down to get the check. Another thing if you are going to bring kids out to eat please answer them if they have a question. The table next to us had 3 girls and they all wanted their mom yet she just sat there not answering them and talked to her friend.

Service was great but the food was super below par for the price. It’s obvious that everything was frozen and probably microwaved. Easily the worst food I’ve ever had… $ 15 salad with all whites from an iceberg lettuce. Lobster bisque tasted like it was out of a can and just reheated on the stove. Over $ 60 later, it feels a lot like being robbed. I too remember it being great as a kid, but our first time back was just bad. Please save yourself the $$$ and skip this place.

Red Lobster used to be great when I was a kid, what the heck happened? It’s sad when you order fish from a nearby steak place because its better then a restaurant that is supposed to specialize in seafood. Also the consistency of their food prep is horrendous. On one occasion I ordered shrimp tacos which were packed w/about 6 shrimp per taco. Two weeks later same dish ordered and I had 1 taco w/1 shrimp and 2 tacos w/2 shrimp each. The restaurant resolved the issue by giving me two grilled shrimp skewers on my next dine in visit instead of giving me a comped meal-obviously I’m not impressed. On a more recent occasion 4 of my coworkers ordered Sailors Platters for lunch take out and each got a different amount and different level of seasoning on the fish. Are the lobsters doing the cooking back there or what?! What good things can I say hmmm, like the shrimp tacos(when properly shrimped), love the cheddar biscuits and they probably have one of the best blue cheese salad dressings around.

I think Red Lobster is getting worse in food or it is just this location or we ordered the worse food. The chicken and shrimp is loaded with greasy, fatty oil and mushy mashed potatoes. To add to insult, I was disappointed that my partner ordered Admiral Feast, all fried seafood. What can I eat now? The only thing that is my favorite is the good, unlimited cheese biscuits. You mean I have to wait for this crap! Typical of most Red Lobster is the long wait. I guess we went the wrong time, just not enough servers to make us sit and then, we got a server that made us feel rushed.

This is a nice place to eat. Only complaint I have is the waiting area is very small so on a cold day outside you go! I had the pick three and everything was great. We had great service… no complaints!
