This is a review for one of the cashiers named Leo that helped my friend and I in the drive thru. His customer service was awesome! We were being kind of silly when we were ordering but he was very patient and kind — and funny too! When we got our food, we drove off and soon noticed we were missing our cinnamon twists(or cinnamon thingys as we called them, Leo will understand this joke…). We drove back through the drive through and he told us he was going to give us two orders of it since we had to drive back for them. 5 stars for great customer service! You rock Leo!(Also we think that you working at a full service restaurant or something like that would be great for you because you have a great personality for it! You would definitely get a lot of tips. Either way keep doing your thang!!)

The food was average, not as fresh as I had hoped but it was at least warm. The bathroom for the women was dirty, my husband had to keep asking for fresh toilet paper for the mens room because the toilet paper was wet(eew!) There was not 1 other customer in the building while we were here. The ladies in the kitchen were all playing around and laughing and well… not working… when my husband asked for the toilet paper the 1st time the lady acknowledged him but went back to the kitchen to laugh with her pals… highly unprofessional in my humble opinion… I won’t be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would… The food is whatever its the same as any taco bell so that’s not the issue. Its the fat guy that runs the drive thru at night and he is the manager there. First time I had my encounter with him he was being super rude. I asked him for lots of fire sauce and he smirked and gave me one packet. I thought this was strange so I asked for more and he said it was in the bag. So basically tough shit and I drove off and called the district manager to make a formal complaint. He’s still working there months later. I went tonight and he’s the exact same as he was before… Except this time he gave me my change and pretty much just dropped it in my hand so a few quarters dropped on the ground and I just looked at him and he looks down and says its down there if you want to get it… I just laughed and drived away. I wish this guy would be fired for being such a douche.

We were going to this Taco Bell a couple times a week. Not any more!!! Jerk guy on headset taking order managed to screw up our order! 12SOFTTACOS!!! We repeaded order 3 times to this moron! When we paid the $ 13.13 we got all the way home before realizing they screwed up! 12HARDTACOS!!! We drove all the way back only to be met with bullcrap from the ignorant jerk! After having to argue with him for a few minutes… he finally told the idiot behind the counter to make the CORRECTSOFTTACOS!!! No apologies!!! No nothing but pissy attitudes!!! HORRIBLESERVICE!!!

Tonight, 9÷21÷15 was the worst experience of service ive ever had in a drive thru. Guy taking the order should probably go to some customer service class or better yet, get another job. Theres no need for you to scream at me at the drive thru when i simply asked for no sour cream. Who ever determined that you’re the face of the restaurant should probably take a second look. NEVER going back to this establishment!

I’ve been coming to this location for a long time but the last two times were a disappointment. I usually come a few times a month to get my taco bell fix. I ordered the burrito supreme, they forget the sour cream. After about 30 minutes of ingesting it my stomach started burning really bad and, well, you know the rest. The time before that which was only last week, I ordered the cheesy beef and potato burrito. The potatoes were still raw and very undercooked. I’ve given up on this location.

I love Taco Bell but HATE this location! Unfortunately this is the closest one my work and I often hit the drive through for a cheap fast lunch. Somehow my orders are often wrong and supper sloppy looking. I order chicken and get the shredded or ask for no sauce and my tostada comes with sauce. Furthmore the management is horrible. You call to tell them there was a mistake and they try to make excuses or justify the mistakes… I will take my complaint to corporate and they to go to the one by Newpark mall even though it is further from my work.

5 Stars for this specific experience, specific employee & the team working this shift. — I saved my receipt from a few days ago, just fished it out of my bag just to do a review. — 01÷08÷15 @ 1:16PM order #344006 Cashier: Lidia E She was cheerful, actually genuine & sincere when taking my order. We ordered 10+ items. & Let me tell you. To not have to check in each bag, hold up the line a little, ask for more sauce, or a sport or your drink or anything else. you know. was just so. nice. She repeated & let me know what was in each bag all organized. She didn’t give me just 3 sauces for all that, she gave me a decent amount. Everything was made right & hot. The team did really well with our substitutions or requests… Ha, this may seem a bit over board, but I live around this specific location so I’ve been here a lot & to notice someone like this, I felt like a review was necessary. This place has little/no service for the lobby. Walked into the lobby to order my food, and NOONE was there to take my order. As I stand for about a minute at the register, another customer from the lobby calls over an employee from the pick up area to complain that their order was missing two items. Another couple minutes go by, and still no one comes over to take my order. As I wait, the employees continue to make orders for the drive thru and continue to ignore my presence by the register. Eventually I walked out of the restaurant and drove away to find another restaurant that actually wants my business.

I really only go here for grillers at Happier Hour. The food here is okay at best, but the service is never good. Today I ordered three simple things; a Firey Doritos Taco a Nacho Supreme, and one of the new Brisk drinks. The first thing that went wrong was that by «New Brisk» the lady thought I meant a Baja Blast. Not only is Baja Blast not brisk, it’s not even new! Second, they gave me a Cheesy Doritos Taco. Not that big a deal, but it was still wrong. Finally, the nachos I ordered were the foulest smelling thing I’ve ever gotten from a fast food joint. I don’t know what it was, but the nachos smelled like rust and blood. I feel sick just thinking about it. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because when I called the manager she offered to replace my order. I’ll probably be back tomorrow for grillers.

Just go to Chipotle. It has better food quality(biggest understatement in the history of mankind), is cleaner(second biggest understatement?), and won’t give you food poisoning. And their medium and hot salsas are infinitely better than Taco Bell’s as well. Yeah, I said it. I may have burned several bridges with this fact, but it needed to be said. That being said, this review is really for the entire franchise of Taco Bell, and not this location in particular. No hard feelings.
