I would give it zero if I could. Spend money on the nice businesses on the island. This lady is just rude and mean and obviously doesn’t care. Stay clear! I bought 3 suits at Diane’s in CDM instead where they are happy to help you. This lady needs to go to customer service classes.

We rented 2 paddle boards for the week. Came with rollers for the boards so it was so easy to get them to the water-even my kids could do it! Very friendly service! It was the second trip we have rented from them & will come back again! Awesome time paddling around the islands!

Do Not Enter This Store! I am a local to this store and was eager to bikini shop. I set out for a nice walk and brought a good friend along to help shop. The lady at the store immediately snapped at us upon entering the store in a rude tone. She said our dog was to «a little too big to enter the store». I am sorry but it is Balboa Island and there are golden retrievers everywhere. I was able to enter any store. Regardless, If you do not allow pets, food or drinks, please put up a sign. Honestly, she would allow little dogs but not large breeds which was insulting. I would never go up to a plus size person and discriminate them from a store. Terrible woman running this store.

I’ve come into the store a couple of times, but have decided to not return. The shop is adorable, the location is charming, the bathing suit selection is so-so, but the customer service is rude enough to make me leave the store and immediately write this review. When I shop for a bathing suit, I like to browse. Each time that I’ve gone, it has been made very clear that the woman who runs the shop prefers to anxiously watch over your shoulder to make sure that you aren’t disturbing the order of her bathing suit rack. This is a such a concern to her that she frustratingly asks multiple times if she can help narrow down your search. I appreciate it when a salesperson/shop owner asks if she can help me find what I’m looking for — just not 5 times in 10 minutes. Her unfriendly, aggressive attitude made me feel very rushed and unwelcome. Also, I could have done without the unsolicited«full coverage tops are over here» comment. Nice.
