After a long hiatus I visited this location again on 1÷14÷16. I was presently surprised by better service, portion size and product quality. Of particular note was the on-duty manager who took my order. He was very friendly and professional, not only with me, but with other customers that I observed during my stay. My food was served promptly and I was very satisfied with the portion size and quality(reminiscent of when my wife and I used to patronize this location frequently after it first opened). I also noticed the manager made great use of his time. When he wasn’t taking orders, he was busy cleaning and picking up around the establisment. This establishment was one of my favorite places to eat, especially after it first opened. However, service, portion size and product quality started to decline(in my opinion) after awhile. I was quite pleased after this most recent visit and cautiously reflected this by raising my star rating from 2 to 3 stars. I plan to visit again with my wife. Time will tell whether this is a continuing trend or just a flash-in-the-pan.

This location was kind of hard to find. They didn’t have the green tea I like so I was disappointed. But I enjoyed my favorite dish here which is the turkey chili. Service was fast.

When this location opened I would have given four or maybe five stars. Over the last year the overall experience has not been as it was and I started going less. My most recent visit was this weekend, and it will be my last. I arived(and I understood they were busy) but my fairly simple order was taken promptly. I waited some time for my sandwich and the hand held beeper thing was working but it never went off. I walked up to the food delivery counter(for lack of a better term) and one employee kept calling out«Bill» and other peoples names. Off to one corner was my food, my name was clearly visible on the ticket. I grabbed the plate with another employee asking me my name(like I would take food that was not mine…) and went to my table. According to the ticket on my tray my food was sitting for over fifteen minutes meaning by the time I ate my sandwich it was cold. I ate the sandwich anyway because initialy I was not going to complain. As I was leaving I stopped and looked at the cashier who asked me if I needed help and said I had a complaint. She seems surprised and immediately a second employee came over who also seemed surprised. I shared my grievance and said I was going to post a complaint on Unilocal unless they offered me a cookie(and it says on the receipt that if you are not satisifed they would make it right or give you something to make it right which I assumed is a baked item like a cookie). I was asked«What kind of cookie?» and at first I said it did not matter but eventually gave a choice. Neither staff person apologized for the misque. I did say«thank you» after geting my cookie and said that I understood they were busy but this visit was not satisfactory. OK, to some of you I am a big rat since I am posting anyway after getting a cookie but here is the bottom line: For $ 7.13(breakfast sandwich and medium coffee) I expect my food hot, I do not expect to have to find my food and I expect the service employee to know how to deal with a guest complaint especially when your policy is printed on the recepit.

I love this place. Usually when we’re having a meeting I’ll usually call in advance to order bagels for my employees. They’re always ready in a timely fashion very polite great customer service. I’m addicted to the Cobb salad and the green tea. I highly recommend it very tasty and very filling — low calorie.

Panera is always good. The broccoli cheese soup and the cinnamon crunch bagel are mythical. This particular location has attentive, efficient staff who make the experience even better.

Same as all the others, a little bit bigger. Service, seating cleanliness seems to be uniform across the board. The turkey chili I had was not the best. A bit spicy and although there was a lot in the bowl, it seemed to be a small portion. The mac/cheese good, grilled cheese good, smoke house turkey panini had to much mustard.

I used to love Panera Bread but don’t make it there too often anymore. I went tonight and while I was ordering I couldn’t find my favorite sandwich on the menu. I asked, «do you still have the asiago roast beef sandwich?» I was told yes, they have it, but they were out of the asiago bread so I chose another bread(disappointing). I also specified that I wanted mayo instead of horseradish. The sandwich I got was made with steak and the bread was stained with blood. Some people may like that but I don’t! I took it back and said I ordered the roast beef, and was finally told they no longer sell it. Really?! They offered to make me a plain turkey and cheese with lettuce, tomato and onion which was fine(a cheaper item than what I paid for, but whatever). When I finally sat down with my new sandwich, I took a bite and got a mouthful of horseradish. Again, that’d be fine for many people but I couldn’t eat it. I’m not even a picky eater, I just don’t like blood or horseradish on my sandwiches! Even after scraping off the horseradish as much as possible the taste was still there. I didn’t even feel like I could go back and ask for a third sandwich, so I left hungry. I’m 8.5 months pregnant right now so that made it even more upsetting! My general opinion of Panera has really dropped over the last few visits. It isn’t as good as it used to be, the prices are akin to more«formal» restaurants these days, and I still have to bus my own dishes! I won’t be visiting Panera very often anymore.

Great food place. Love their winter season-like menu. They have rapid pick up, which I loveeee!!! Easy to use app too. Well worth the download, lol!

I have a love hate relationship with panera. It is a little expensive. And sometimes not good combination. But love the atmosphere.

I love Panera in general, but this location is really nice. Inside is spacious and the staff is friendly. Parking can be a little rough tho. It is attached to Starbucks and both can get very crowded. I recommend their broccoli and cheese soup. And also the shortbread cookies. Both are amazing!

It’s Panera Bread… how can you hate it?! Food is food here. Great selections just like every other Panera. I prefer this location out of all the ones on the Peninsula because I feel like the staff here is the friendliest. This place will and I mean WILL fill up during lunch hour. It can be a madhouse so as usual I tend to avoid i during that time. I like going here in the wee hours to grab a cup of coffee and their cinnamon bagels with their cinnamon spread. It is delish. Overall, convenient location and great service in a usually clean Panera.

One of my favorite hang-out spots in NN! Most of the staff is super friendly, especially the manager who doesnt mind taking people’s order when it gets busy. The food comes out faster than you can pick a table, you wont even need the buzzer! The pastries are delicious and bad for your hips! Con: Breakfast should be served a little bit longer, but thats probably a Panera policy and not this particular location’s fault.

Again, a very nice panera! LOcation– in the heart of that mall on jefferson– so close to shops and kinda shares a patio with the adjacent starbucks. Service– impeccable. I mean theres this hostess(i dont remember her name). but shes super nice and makes me want to come back! This panera in particular has a few regulars and it shows! Food– on par with all the other paneras ive been to. Its well stocked(cups, lids, straws). The coffee area was never messy and neither was the fountain soda area. even during rush hour. Con– its FREEZINGCOLD in there. I mean 15 min and i need my winter coat. another con– panera is WAYTOO calorie happy! A cupcake is 400 calories. and its tiny! Panera needs to come up with more weight friendly desserts!
