I usually don’t write bad reviews but I’ll make an exception. We waited for about 15 — 20 min before anyone came to our table. The food was mediocre at best for the price. My date had the salmon and it was definitely not fresh and was very dry. I had the pulled pork and it was cold. I never had one refill of my drink the entire time I was there. Like I said, I’m not one to complain and I still paid over $ 40 for this meal that was not appetizing whatsoever. There is a 95% chance I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Whatever you do, do not touch the game device on the table. You will be charged. The food is OK. We had an appetizer of fried pickles, very tasty. My husband had steak, broccoli and baked potato. The potato was tiny, which is OK but not for the prices we were charged! I had the baby back ribs and quarter bbq chicken. Again the portions are insanely small, the chicken looked like it came off a cornish game hen. The food had flavor but nothing that knocks our socks off.

Went here couples of time after work since they open until 2AM. First few times it was good with no problems whatsoever. I usually order their delicious baby back ribs. Also I love their Dirty Rice which had little sausages in it. The last time I went there the experiences wasn’t so good. First my waitress got my order wrong. Then we have to wait longer than usual for the food. I mean if it’s busy I can understand but the place was pretty much empty. When asked how much longer it will take, she responded saying because we order ribs so it takes longer. Ok fine. But the last few times the place was packed and I ordered ribs and got my food much faster, to which she just say I will check on the order and then leave. She was not nice. I’m not sure if I will be returning to the restaurant anymore after this.

We went for lunch, and the food was really good. They offered the traditional pulled pork, and some interesting variations on it that seemed different. We each tried a different item, and everyone was pleased. Price was reasonable, food was great, my only gripe was that our party was handed off to 3 different servers.

the food is always excellent but don’t come here unless you have a few hours to spare, it can be completely empty and you will still be guaranteed to wait at least 30 mins for your food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… All yet waitresses are rude and I have come here multiple times and had the same bad experience. The reason I keep coming back is because my boyfriend comes for the drinks and beer. My chicken was undercooked and the management didn’t do anything to correct the problem. I ended up spending $ 25 for an undercooked chicken I didn’t even eat. Absolutely horrible. Luckily that was the last time I will ever go there

Looking for a new place to eat, and this was a big let down. Our server had a large party, so we were an after thought. Our beverage order came wrong, and when addressed it was not corrected. Food was mediocre, and could tell it was part of a chain. Brisket was dry, ribs cold and butter didn’t even melt on baked potato. Won’t be back.

My wonderful girlfriend and I had lunch here and had a good time. We were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress, Jocelyn. She was a no nonsense professional. She was attentive and very knowledgeable about the entire menu. I ordered a veggie burger and it was amazing. The plating of my food was boring. The playing of my girlfriend’s food was very sloppy. See the pictures I posted. As we all know, you eat with your eyes first. I, personally, would have not brought out food with sauce spilling die the sides of the dish. All in all, the price was right, the service was good and the food was good. There was no wow factor, so I don’t see breaking my neck to return, but if the sun, moon and stars align properly again, I just may…

I went to this place for a soccer end of season party in November. The food was typical for a chain. Dry, unseasoned, blah… Nothing my hubby or myself couldn’t make twice as good for a fraction of the price. I had onion rings, baby back ribs and salad. The breaking on the onion rings was greasy and was falling off. The ribs were mediocre. But my hubby is a grillmister, so I am used to excellent BBQ. The kids had a chicken sandwich/fries and a BBQ sandwich/fries. They didn’t finish either plate and did not ask for a box, so I’m guessing they are not fans of the food either. The service was good and the place was cleanish. It was pretty busy that day. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, so I will continue to support local eateries.

Food was pretty good and I like that the menu showed you low calorie options. Okay beer menu but nothing spectacular. Service was decent but not amazing. My biggest complaint is that there must have been something wrong with the bathroom because the whole restaurant smelled like feces. Hard to enjoy food and drink when you’re smelling poop all around you :(

I had the Spicy Bacon Chicken Melt since I’m a fan of just classic Mac and Cheese. Although it was not spicy, it was delicious. The food was not the reason they got one star, but it was the service. Even the last time I visited, service was terrible. The bartenders were not that attentive then and they weren’t in my recent visit. Maybe because I went to the bar for food, but it wasn’t even busy both times. And yes, I like to drink. This recent visit was on a Friday(even for a Friday was not busy). I was with 4 other guys lined up at the bar. At first, when my boyfriend, his friend, and I arrived we weren’t greeted by the bartender. We didn’t get offered a menu but bartender #1 asked for our drink orders maybe 10 mins after we arrived. I asked for a double bourbon and ginger. They were skimping on that or maybe I’m too heavy of a drinker. Finally we just asked her for a menu. Ordered food and came out prompt. I finished my drink before finishing a good portion of my food so I was just sucking on melted ice. I wanted to box the other half and I know it’s not hard to interrupt guest while engaging in conversation, but I was hoping she’d come around see the empty glass and ask if I’d like another one. I had realized no bartender passed us in a while but I was people watching(it’s not as fun without a drink in my hand) and saw that three different groups/pairs/individuals adjacent to me at the corner have come and gone. Bartender#2 had finally asked if I needed another drink… 20 – 25 mins later. Bartender#1 only asked if the food was good right after we got it and disappeared leaving bartender#2 to tend to the bar alone. I think the hiccup with the bartenders I saw was that apparently a huge drink order went in when bartender#1 got her 30 min break. I’m all for her getting her break. For all I know, she worked 5 – 7 hours already on her feet without food or a smoke. I still wish that we were asked the appropriate questions in a timely manner between entry, food, and drink. My resolve is to just stop coming to a place almost half-heartedly guilted to tip waiters, waitresses, and bartenders a decent amount for lack of service. In short, why do I bother coming.

Awful service. The parking lot was empty when we got there, now I know why. We walked in and were not greeted once by the 5 employees that saw us. We waited a few minutes before telling the hostess we needed a table and that was met with a bad attitude from her. My husband and I just turned around and left. I will NOT be back.

3+. Came here tonight for ribs and was not disappointed. Hubby and I split a full rack with fries. Also each got a side salad. His was house, mine was Caesar. Caesar dressing was a little tangy, but still good and both salads were a good size. When our server brought our ribs, she had had the kitchen spilt them so we each had a plate. And we still brought some home. All and all, pretty good tonight. Oh, and we had a coupon from the newspaper.

The food was excellent and the server was very friendly & efficient. The only drawback is the price, I think a little too pricey for the portion and food,

Smokey bones has been fairly consistent over the years. The food is above average most of the time, service is clearly hit and miss. Last two trips service has dropped off. I am a little disappointed at the price of the build your own burger. You can easily build a burger that costs more than $ 20. This is a poor structure for pricing. Would love to see it change. Everything else is quite good here. Atmosphere is pleasant, seating is good, overall a plus restaurant

It’s been many years since I’ve visited Smokey Bones. Took time to have dinner with an old friend. He chose Smokey Bones. The wait staff was really great. Attentive and courteous. I had the«create your own combo». I ordered the Beef Brisket and Smoked wings with sides of baked beans and dirty rice. The brisket was really tender melt in your mouth. It could have stood a slight more seasoning, but really no complaints there. The smoked wings were fabulous. Not over cooked or dry. Very flavorful with a good crunch but still juicy.

Super disappointed in this restaurant. The service was okay, but the food is just not worth the money. The salmon was dry and chewy, but the spinach was cold. so that’s a plus I guess. Too many great restaurants in this area to waste your money on poor ones. We will not be returning.

Came here for a re enlistment ceremony and lunch. The waitress was extremely attentive to the large party we were with. We grabbed a coupon from the Sunday paper. Our lunch totaled to $ 19 and some change(not including tip) for 2 adults and one child. I am impressed by the reasonable lunch prices. The burgers we got were massive and amazing. I highly recommend coming here for lunch.

So, the only reason we keep going back is for the all you can eat wing night. However this last visit I did try a chicken sandwich and it was amazing! Anyway, back to my issue… the problem with this location, is that they always have new employees. We go pretty often. Like once every week or two, and there are always new faces. I don’t know if they aren’t competent or if they aren’t trained well, but they have hardly any customer service skills and they do not know the menu. There has only been one great server, and that was our last visit. Previously, we have had an argument with a waitress over the flavor of the wings she brought us. We asked for one particular flavor, and she told us that’s what we asked for and that it just looks different because they changed the color of the sauce. We asked a different waitress and they told us we were right and that they would have the order fixed. I mean really, come on! If they had another location closer we would definitely go to the other location. For now, we just deal with it on Monday nights…
