if i could i would give this place ZERO STARS! worst customer service. The girl up front is STRAIGHT UP RUDE! she didn’t tell me anything about what time breakfast is, check out (which i already know), what time the shuttles runs, etc. you know the drill. Not only that, they charged my card before i even checked in. You’re not suppose to charge my card until i check in! also, she didn’t even give me the card to my room like hello, do your job! i had to get the gentlemen and tell him we didn’t get a key for our room.
Anyways, when i came in she asked me my name, repeated it for her 4 times! first and last, annoying? yes, it was. I read reviews about the bed bugs but i didn’t notice any in my room, thankfully… Also, the bathroom smelled pretty bad when you turn on the fan. Actually the place just smelled in general. we stayed two nights and I noticed the second night they didn’t replace one of our towels because it was still dirty… so who knows if they even replaced the other ones and probably just folded them nicely in our room. the place where it’s located looks sketchy as well. theres a fridge and microwave in there which was nice but the fridge had mold in it and was leaking water. For the price we paid, def not worth it. Oh and the wifi sucked.
the only good thing was probably the tv, it has some good channels.
I wished i read the reviews before i even booked this place, our other place didn’t get booked so we had no choice but to book this place last minute, but never again!

Dear Roman, I feel your pain!
I woke up with red blotches on both the tops of my ankles. The bathroom had so much mold and tub had bugs all over. I had to keep the bathroom door closed.
Thank God the Starbucks was across the street so I could use the bathroom.
I would had had more fun throwing my $ 194.00 over the falls.
Maybe these owners live like animals but they should have some respect for the quest.
We came at 1:30p.m. and was told the rooms were not cleaned yet, & come back at 2p.m. I asked what time is check out and was told 11:00a.m. so I asked how long does it take to clean a room that was never cleaned?
People sleep in your car first !!!
My other friends room was like a prison in the corner, it had no windows.
This was a joke, however the punch line was on us.
Office was closed at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast, not that I would eat that slop.
RUN RUN as far as you can from this bug infested 1950 motel!

The worst experience i ever had. That cheap motel has a bed bugs, when i told them that and asked for refund. They r refuse to return it. So, i report to department of health and they are should to send an inspector. However, if you r still want to book a room there. Make sure you ask about if there was any inspection regarding a bed bugs curing.
