I wish I could give this store 0 stars! They don’t care about the customer at all! The people in the store are not helpful and act like they couldn’t care less about having your business! Do not go with this location unless you don’t mind dealing with their crap. Wrong orders, run-around when calling, they are totally disappointing. I will never think about ordering from here again.

Absolutely do not order online for this store especially if you expect to be helped by phone after. I placed order never got a confirmation and then called to double check. The ladies in the store were completely unorganized and not helpful at all. Said they had customers in the store so I needed to hold. Never even said sorry or how can they help. Said my order is not in the system but my card was charged!!! Thanks edible arrangements, thrives!

The WORST service. The WORST company. A friend recommended this as an alternative to sending flowers for Mother’s Day. But when I tracked the package at 4pm, it had not been delivered. I called the store and gave them my confirmation number. The employee said the arrangement hadn’t been delivered yet. I asked if he knew when it would be and he said«no.» I repeated my question and he again, unapologetically said«no». I asked to speak to a manager and he said that they were in the back making bouquets. I insisted and he put me on hold for 20 minutes. I called the customer service line and they were not helpful and wouldn’t take responsibility for the actions of their franchisee. If I wanted a refund, I would have to deal with the store that was giving me the run around. In other words, I was on my own to deal with a store that was 8 states away. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would have one call me back. I’M STILLWAITINGFORTHATCALL In the past I have used Teleflora and they’ve always stood by their product. DON’T USETHISCOMPANY. THEYDON’T TAKERESPONSIBILITYFORTHEIRFRANCHISEES.
