We like Aman’s. Always fresh. We generally go on weekends for the buffet. Wonderful pakoras. Nice selection of vegetarian dishes, and multiple chicken dishes. Not over-spiced.

My favorite place for Indian flavors. Instead on paying per plate to try the food you can enjoy multiple dishes at the buffet. Very nice environment and friendly staff. Make sure you arrive before the rush.

When in the mood for Indian, this is our favorite Indian place in this area! No fancy frills and thrills, just good food and service. Staff are friendly and quick to clean away old dishes. We come for the Wednesday night special when a buffet is offered for $ 15. Why order just one thing when you can try a little bit of everything!(Especially when everything has great flavors.) We get lots of naan bread and load up on all the different sauces and curries. The food rotates each week, but they always have the staples — naan bread, chicken tiki masala, goat curry, chicken biryani rice. There are tons of vegetarian options and various chickens in a handful of different sauces that are all perfect for eating with the naan. Aside from the main food, love their mango juice and rice pudding for dessert. Helps neutralize all the intensity of flavors stirring in your stomache. There’s also a pretty basic ice cream station.

The Punjabi food order was actually south Indian food in disguise. Tadka daal had sambar masala in it. Navratna korma had curry from vindalu with lots of beans and nothing much of anything else. Naan were so thick you can use as cuahion … And not fully baked … Never going again …

Two of us agreed to meet here for dinner after having not seen one another for a long time. One of us is a fan of Indian food having spent a considerable amount of time traveling through India. The restaurant is located in a rather unassuming strip mall. The interior is clean, well lighted, and pleasantly decorated. We were promptly seated and immediately asked if we were going to use the buffet. Apparently that is the custom here for most of the patrons. Not being a fan of buffets I requested a menu while my friend opted for the buffet. The menu was extensive, offering many intriguing options. Being in unfamiliar territory I decided to be adventurous and choose something out of my comfort range. After viewing both the goat and lamb choices I decided to stick with one of the lamb dishes. Our server(possibly the manager or owner) was very helpful by describing the differences and recommending one that he felt I would be comfortable with. Before the entrée arrived he brought out a complimentary appetizer of very thin crispy bread together with three dipping sauces. My meal arrived together with Pita bread and beautiful, fluffy rice. The lamb was tender, moist, and delicious in a rich gravy combined with vegetables. The portion was more than ample, so much so that my friend finished what I could not eat after his two helpings at the buffet! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of the food here in such a mundane strip-mall setting. It was as if we had discovered a treasure.

Amazingly fresh and decadent food, with a nice atmosphere, and excellent customer service. The Lamb Saag, Keema Samosas, Chicken Makaab, Gulab Jaman, and rice pudding were fantastic, with the crispiest Naan we’ve ever eaten.

I have been here several times for the lunch buffet. DELICIOUS! They usually have a good array of items to choose from. The earlier you go, the fresher the naan is(at least that is what I choose to believe lol). The workers are also pleasant and friendly. I can’t wait to return.

Colleagues and I have eaten the lunch buffet here on several occasions. Wonderful value, very good food, friendly service. Definitely a good«gateway» for Indian novices.

We stopped by on a Saturday for their buffet lunch. Overall this was a disappointing experience for the Aman brand. It did not live up to the expectations that we were led to believe would be very high. The service was good and the food choices were just the typical Indian buffet choices, but the taste and general up keep of the place was failing. Like I mentioned earlier, we expected more for the Aman brand(e.g. keep the dessert area clean, offer less variety but tastier options instead of a plethora of mediocre choices). I left feeling that they did barely enough to warrant a three-star review. Note: This particular store is located in a strip mall and is one of the last remaining stores. We won’t be back to this particular store and it seems like others have felt the same way too.

Very solid dishes with good service and even a $ 14 buffet on Wednesday nights! Some highlights: 1. Goan Gaot Curry — Decent spicy flavor but the meat itself was slightly sinewy and a bit tough. Ask for it without bones if you are not a bones person. 2. Chicken curry — Super tender and flavorful! Beware of bones, though. 3. Chicken Tikka Masala: Very solid with tendre pieces of boneless chicken breast. 4. Veggie Manchoorian: Nicely seasoned fried ground veggie pieces. 5. Navratan Korma: A nice, creamy blend of veggies in a korma-like sauce. Great over basmati or as a dip for naan. 6. Kadhai Paneer: Great paneer cubes in a tomato-based sauce. Have it over the basmati. 7. Chicken Biryani: Solid with fragrant, flavorful basmati 8. Chicken Tandoori: Amazingly tender, flavorful, and juicy chicken thighs and drumsticks. Loved this! 9. Veggie Pakora: Solid with a light, crispy batter 10. Baingan Bharta: Spicy roasted eggplant. Great for vegetarians. 11. Stir-fried mushrooms and broccoli: Solid and quite spicy. 12. Spicy stir-fried chicken with broccoli: An Indo-Chinese dish. Just okay as the chicken was slightly dry. 13. Sauteed minced chicken patties: Spicy but a very tasty and flavorful blend of chicken with veggies and potatoes tossed with peppers and onions. 14. Kheer: This was actually just passable. It’s not very sweet at all and was missing the cardamon scent. 15. Gulab Jamon: Loved this! It’s very sweet but the donuts are tender and soak up the syrup perfectly. 16. Gajar Halwa: Loved this shredded carrot dish. It’s deceptively healthy in that it’s made with carrots — but soaked in sugared syrup. Still, it’s delish. Overall, a great hidden gem in East Norriton with solid food, good prices, and friendly service. Will be back!

Ugh… what happened? Got takeout tonight after not having dined here in about a year. My usual staples of aloo tikka and malai kofta were just not good. The former was dry and the latter sickeningly creamy. Tikka masala tasted off as well. Tandoori chicken almost inedible… dry and chewy. Only saving grace was onion kulcha. So here I sit, 57 less dollars in my account and queasy. Such a bummer. Don’t think I’m going back.

This place has been consistently good for years! It is authentic Indian food that is not only fresh and spicy, but has a certain je-né-sais-quoi flavor to it. Try the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is one of the best ones I’ve had. Their Tandoori Chicken is also to die for! And their vegetarian dishes are deliciously addictive. Their service is always friendly and accommodating. I like my food really spicy but not too salty, and they’ve managed to find a perfect balance between the two. Water glasses are never empty for long, and they’ve sometimes given us a free appetizer or dessert! Overall, this place is a must! Also try their lunch buffet; it has a HUGE amount of variety and includes a full salad/fruit bar and dessert bar(with ice cream and water ice)!

I had lunch here and overall it was good. The selection is broad and the quality of food was solid. The Tandoor chicken was flavorful as well as their vegetable dishes. Their paneer was also good, but I wish the chunks of paneer were larger(I know that sounds odd). Their goat was very bony and that was a disappointment for me. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place for buffet style for Indian food, this place will do.

:(tried the goan curry which tasted more maharashtrian with curry leaves and mustard seeds aplenty, lacha paratha which was dry, not buttery, and the mango lassi which was watered down and sour. The chicken wasn’t marinated enough in the spices, and the bhajjis were damp, not crisp. The reviews for this place are off the chart but somehow, we missed being impressed by the food at this place entirely. Decent service, funny waiters, hence the two stars. Don’t think I’d return for more…

Our primary authentic Indian dine in/take out for a year now. Food — the best Indian I had in U.S. Try the chicken 65(usually not in the menu) for starters and Goat Biryani for main. For two this would be sufficient. Buffet is fine but it never got me excited compared to À la carte. Service — very friendly. I have sent back if the tastes needs alterations multiple times on the same day and they served with the same excitement. Interiors looks fine.

Been here first time along with friends. I would say that this is the best place to have Indian food in this locality. We have ordered Malai Kofta and Chicken Biryani. Malai Kofta gravy is very rich and tastes like the best. Biryani: unique. Superb. Especially the crunchy onion mix made this Biryani as unique as it is. And Lassi no less than the finest drink. Speed service and very clean. Overall, best Indian Restaurant with Best dishes. You got to try this. I’ll come back for sure.

Came here for a Punjabi style family party in the adjacent hall to the restaurant. ‘Twas my first time for an baby shower like this but it was a ton of fun! The food buffet was very tasty and fresh. We had an appetizer course first complete with fish pakora, veggie spinach and potato kabobs, manchurian cauliflower, and gol cuppe. All yummy. The dinner buffet was delicious. Chicken tikka, fresh naan, salad, goat curry, and rice made for a great meal. Enjoyed the desserts which were kheer(Indian rice pudding) and galab jamun(sweet round ball). Service was good, our water jugs were constantly refilled and the owner checked to make sure everyone was enjoying the food. We all had a really great time! Good job Aman’s!
