The building itself leaves a little bit to be desired, but the food and the staff definitely make up for the lack of ambiance. Which to be honest if that’s something you’re looking for at breakfast, you’re doing life all wrong. That aside the blueberry pancakes were massive, fluffy and absolutely amazing. Also the homemade corned beef hash was a home run with fresh eggs and what I believe to be freshly baked bread.

Proving the stereotype that you should always eat where the locals do. An interesting cast of characters hangs out there each morning and is more than willing to welcome us travelers. The food was fresh, homemade breads and pancakes, the kitchen sink omelette was fantastic. THe coffee was delish! Service was friendly and laid back. Definitely recommend this hole in the wall if you’re traveling nearby! I only wish local places near me were this tasty (I’m looking at you, Dracut).

This place needs more five star reviews! Excellent food and equally awesome prices. My partner and I each ordered a combo (pancakes, eggs, and bacon with coffee). Everything was great but the pancakes were phenomenal. We’re both breakfast buffs and these were some of the best pancakes we’ve had yet. Definitely worth a visit!

Literally the best hot dogs in town, not to mention the pickles are not only home made, but absolutely fantastic! My girlfriend is in love with the blueberry burger.

Service was awesome, we got there early so had the place almost to ourselves. Unfortunately our food was undercooked. Had to send the French Toast back. They put a half — eaten slice back on the grill. They came back still undercooked. My omelet was undercooked, but really can’t send that back.

Very inexpensive and fairly quick. Blueberry pancakes were light and fluffy and the corned beef hash was great. Avoid the iced tea. It ruined the entire meal for me. I rounded up from 3.5 stars to end at the 4 I’ve given.

Best Breakfast in Maine!!! Food is Fabulous and the staff are very friendly and attentive. What more can one ask for? Not sure how they keep their prices so low, but I loved it. They play old 50’s and 60’s music and the décor is like an old cabin, very nostalgic and awesome. Worth taking a drive in you’re nearby.

Hidden gem — get the Maine blueberry burger — just do i, it is fantastic, messy and on homemade bread!
They also make excellent rye bread and good coffee so make them a breakfast stop!

Truly a hidden treasure that lives up to its name. Very affordable, good classic Maine food. And serves breakfast until 2pm! You know you have a treasure when the locals also frequent the establishment. Two thumbs up.

Great little local spot. Quintessential diner with great food and unbelievably low prices. The coffee is good, and the service is excellent. I ordered the three cheese omelet which was ready in minutes. I would give this little spot super high marks in the diner category.
