My sister and I came here for lunch. The place was really busy for a Monday afternoon. We ordered 3 appetizers and split a chicken pad Thai. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious!!! This will Be our new Thai food place. The restaurant was clean and the staff was curious. I highly recommend Wild Ginger!

If I could give NOSTARS I would… I ate at this place a lot over the past year but never again. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and had to run to the bathroom with in a minute of eating it to throw up. I will never go back. I can’t believe that this happened. The kitchen is in the basement and I don’t want to think about what kind of bad kitchen etiquette they have going on down there. NOSTARS… I have put in a complaint to the norwell board of health.

Crispy basil chicken is amazing and addictive. Both sweet and spicy. Nice kick of heat from the Thai basil leaves. Portions are huge.

The food is very solid. I’ve ordered various items on the menu and never been disappointed. My takeout orders are almost always on time. Staff is friendly enough. Prices are high, but really they’re the only game in town for Thai Food. Can’t argue with capitalism.

Love it! Always consistent, great service! Husband and I love to go here. The fresh rolls w/tofu are always delicious and the sauce is da bomb. The spring rolls are brought out hot and fresh. I always get the Drunken Noodles. The noodles melt in your mouth! Watch for the spice level if you aren’t used to it. We’ve gotten take out and it was excellent as well w/large portions. We love it!

This place is amazing. The mini samosas are adorable and delicious. I ordered delivery and they got here in under 20 minutes, the triangles were piping hot. And so was my pad Thai. It was full of big chunks of delicious vegetables. An easy 5 stars.

WTF! Dont go to any Restaurant 15 min before it’s close PLEASECHECKTHETIMETHERESTAURANTISOPENANDTHETIMETHERESTAURANTCLOSE the service hours is right on the side of the front door I like the food in this restaurant, I’ll give a little advice just because it say is open 11:30 it doesn’t mean before 11:30 you can have the food please respect the time and the time is close is 9:30 weekday and weekend 10:00 doesn’t mean you can come to eat at the last minute, so please allow yourself a 30 minutes before its close and extra time after is open. I love Tom Yum soup and I was pleasantly surprised by their flavorful broth. It seems they only have an appetizer version. I would love if they did a big bowl of Tom Yum Noodle soup with veggies and a protein of choice(tofu for me!). It would be perfection…(hint, hint!)

I NEVER thought I would find outstanding Thai when I was away from home, But thanks to Unilocal, this place will be my go to place whenever I am in town. I ordered three traditional Thai dishes,(Basil with Chicken, Ginger with Chicken, and Black Pepper Mango Curry. All of the flavors were a perfect combination of spices, and meat and vegetables. Not ALL veggies and little meat, like most places. I know they are not difficult dishes to make, but why is it that no one seems to be able to make them? Anyway, it is a small place, not a lot of parking in the lot, but it still managed to be very bright inside. The woman who took my order was so friendly, and helpful. She was very personable, and chatted with me to pass the time quicker. The food came very quickly, and was such a good price, I stayed within my business budget easily, even though I purchased three dishes. Did I mention how delicious this food was? I will return often!!!

What a funny little restaurant if almost looks like it would be for takeout. Ordered the chicken appetizer — wonderful! And pad Thai! Definitely going back :)

This is a small and charming restaurant that once inside, you’d never guess was right off a busy main drag. Colors and lighting are soft and muted with attractiveThai design throughout. After a holiday weekend of too much culinary excess and indulgence with family, the lightness and freshness of this food was just what we craved. We arrived with friends a little after 9PM over the Memorial Day holiday . 9PM in some places can be considered a tad on the«late» side for dinner these ‘burbs. We were therefore delighted to find there were still tables occupied by other diners and the mood convivial and not of a place starting to wind down for the night. We were greeted warmly as we were brought to our table. Our group shared a number of appetizers including edamame, veggie Thai rolls, fried tofu triangle and scallion pancakes. Each was hot, freshly made and sincerely delicious. For an entrée I ordered spciy tofu with assorted vegetables. I wanted a real kick and I got one in this dish. I like spicy and when it says spicy, I expectit to be. As with the appetizers, this dish was fresh, clean-tasting, and not at all heavy.
Others ordered pad thai(which comes in a vegetarian version), a beef salad, ginger shrimp, and udon basil with tofu. Everyone really enjoyed their selections and despite all the other weekend food festivities we all dug in with enthusiasm. I can’t believe, with the proximity of this restaurant to our home, that we’d not been here before. We will most certainly be returning here on a regular basis. My only complaint was that the wait-staff didn’t return to fill water glasses or to see if anyone wanted seconds on beverages. Nonetheless, the staff is lovely, clearly hard-working and cooking up a fabulous storm of Thai food. It’s a pretty restaurant on a not so pretty commercial street which to me makes it a wonderful oasis.
