While I’m standing behind the counter waiting for my hamburger, I see the cook preparing other meals. He does not wear gloves or use any other type of tool to pick up the meat or produce… just his bare hands. He touches the food, freezer handles, wipes his hands on his shirt and goes back to touching the food and preparing burgers. Totally disgusting. I will never eat another meal at this restaurant, or any other Jack in the Box franchise. Gross.

Jack in the Box is my favorite Fast Food restaurant. Admittedly I don’t eat as much fast food as I used to, but Jack’s is my first choice. I wish there were more locations. This one happens to be close to my work in Novato. Had the Sourdough breakfast sandwich this morning. It’s consistently excellent. Really courteous service by Juan as well. I really like the variety at Jack in the Box, and of course, their tacos are classic. When you’re hungry «It’s gotta be The Box.»

I’m normally a fan of Jack in the Box since we don’t have them in our area, but this was quite a disappointment.
We were on our way back from Napa Valley and were looking for a place to stop and get a bite. Jack in the Box was the first place that was along the route for us.
It’s your typical fast food restaurant, only thing was that the food was very bland, almost didn’t have a taste to it. I also decided to try the tacos, which were clearly just refrigerated and heated up in a microwave.
Don’t plan on stopping at this JitB again anytime soon.

Came here for breakfast after getting my front windshield replaced at a nearby shop and no complaints about this Jack in The Box. Food was quickly served, lots of parking, location was convenient. Not bad.

I found a coupon for a free BLT cheeseburger with purchase of large soda.
The burger & soda were amazing! One of the employes was on her break in front of me while I ate she took off her shoes and picked the rash on her legs and blotted the blood with a napkin I wanted to puke. Meanwhile the news was on in the background discussing a murder rape crime.
