Super Duper Burger

Delicious organic burgers that will leave you craving more. They have a tasty organic chicken salad with options to add Portobello mushrooms, avocado and bacon. Don’t forget to order their garlic fries, and chocolate milk shake. The chocolate milk shake is from Straus icecream which is the best. Love this place.

This is our second time here in two weeks. Both times our burgers were cooked perfectly and we got them just the way we wanted. The fries are good. We like how everything is customizable. They serve really good, organic, soft serve ice cream. Today, the manager (owner?) gave us our kids ice cream comp’d and wished me happy Father’s Day! Overall they serve good food, have friendly staff and its family friendly. I think we found our new, regular, burger place.

Great Food love the Garlic Fries, and Homemade Pickles Make sure you read the whole menu has extra items to add to your sandwich or burger but not listed on the menu board in a coherent manner. One of the go to stops when in the area.

The food is delicious! Yummy salad and fries. There are plenty of seating, and the area is cute.

Super Duper is right! Their burgers are fantastic as well as the garlic fries and adult milkshakes.

The quality is all over the place, one order can be great, the next not so much. Service is a bit slow too. Maybe they’re still finding their feet, but as it stands you can find better in Novato.

Sustainable beef made for delicious burgers and cheeseburgers. I’ve had the old classic burger, and a couple with fancier toppings (like portobello mushrooms). All DELICIOUS!

Just wasn’t that impressed.
The burger was better than average but the fries were cold.
Their system works, the line moves well and they’re attentive to their customers.
But after reading all the reviews, the hype and wanting to support a local shop, I just wasn’t impressed.

Didn’t trie the fries but they did look very good especially the garlic fries. Just not in my diet but was ver tempting

I have been here several times and plan to return many more. It is an order at the counter, pick up when they buzz you type place, which streamlines the customer service experience and overall makes ordering faster and easier. The tables and bathrooms are generally clean and the serve-​yourself condiment stand is always stocked. Napkins are easy to find and they have tables for all sized groups.
Great selection of beer, wine, and desserts. Awesome chicken, beef, and veggie burgers. Perfect little side patio (although sometimes I have gone and been a little sad that it is closed off for a private event). Overall Super Duper Burger has proved itself to me as, well, Super Duper good.

The day they opened their Novato location so close to my apt I knew I was in trouble. Their burgers, fries, and shakes are so amazing that I want to go all the time.
I usually get a mini-​size burger with cheese and that is more than enough burger for me. With the fries, I would recommend the trio of dipping sauces. And, of course you should get either a shake or a dipped cone for dessert. Everything is delicious– I have never had any complaints.
This location has some great seating options– outside under umbrellas or inside at a table or a long bar-​style table.
The staff is always friendly and they get your food out in a reasonable amount of time.
I only wish that this location had the option to do drive thru like in Mill Valley, but the building is just not set up for that.

I went here last night for dinner because my partner and I were not feelin’ making dinner and it was a wonderful decision. I don’t know what they do to their burgers when they cook them but the meat has a delicious crispy shell??? IT’S SO GOOD. Literally one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Nice size, tons of meat, and good sauce. I got bacon and avocado added to mine for extra deliciousness. They also have really good fries! I just got the normal ones, not the garlic, and they were delicious. Potatoey and season just the right amount. OH another cool plus, they have freshly pickled pickles in the counter near the ketchup and drinks. TWO PAWS UP!

Looking for a place to grab a quick dinner. The interior was super open with high ceilings and tons of space. Inside was very clean, service was great and food came out relatively quick. The burgers here are made with very fresh quality ingredients. They are a bit on the heavier side in terms of how I felt after eating it. The meat was so tender and juicy with lots of flavor. You can tell they use really high quality beef. Fries were fresh and crunchy. They also have jars and jars of fresh pickles! Although their mini burgers don’t look that big, don’t let the size fool you, they are extremely filling! Prices are a bit higher, but you getting a good quality burger. Would I come back? Yes! I’d definitely recommend this place and next time, I’d want to try their shAkes!

They have top notch hamburgers at Super Duper. The food is very clearly made with high-​quality ingredients. There are lots of readily-​identifiable, good flavors coming from the burgers and fries. There are no undertones of lab-​created, artificially-​supplied satisfaction.
Expect to pay $ 10 for a single 4 oz. patty burger (hilariously called the «mini» burger because anything less than a half pound of meat is mini?), fries, and a drink. But given the quality, that’s not really terribly expensive.
As a bonus, the homemade pickles are terrific.
I don’t eat a lot of hamburgers but if I had a craving, I’m pretty sure this is where I’d go.

My first time to a SuperDuper and I was actually impressed. I went there with my family and my in-​laws when we were in Novato for a volleyball game. We wanted to grab a convenient lunch but nothing «too complicated».
Noteworthy; I was in awe of the amount of retail in the area around this restaurant. If you name it, and it’s a chain store or a chain restaurant, then they’ll likely have it around here.
Dishes: I had the super duper burger and fries. No cheese, add bacon. Yummy. Soft but grilled bun, crispy AND juicy burgers. Yummy sauce. The fries were good, not too salty and crisp. I really liked the dill pickles you could much on while you were waiting.
Décor: We sat outside under an umbrella. Table was clean. Not that much to look at other than a bunch of other retail and highway 101.

First time visit and gotta tell you it was pretty solid! Customer service put this place over the top for me!

This is where this place excels. From the moment you walk in, they are super friendly and very helpful. They walked us through their menu since they knew we were newbies. They checked up on us while we ate, which NEVER happens at a «burger joint.» Best service I’ve received at a burger place.

Another top shelf situation here. Not one dirty table or out of place chair in the place. The condiments area was also spotless. All of this is very impressive considering it’s a burger place. The bathroom was also spotless.

First of all, you MUST get the garlic fries! Those are some winners! Also, the strawberry milkshake was top shelf. One of the better shakes I’ve had as an adult. It was the perfect consistency– not too thick, not too runny. The burger was very delicious as well, not the best I’ve ever had. However, I felt beyond satiated after eating it.

I had the 4 oz mini burger, it was delicious. The meat was cooked medium (unless you specify well done), it was seasoned right on. The bun was a tasty egg bun grilled with butter. All around tasty hamburger. The bun held up well and didn’t fall apart, which is a pet peeve of mine. The lemonade is fresh made and is a bit on the tart side vs sweet. But hey you can add the extra sugar if you want, which I did. I loved it.
Prices are not fast food cheap, but not overly pricey either. Plus they have kid size menu items and you don’t have to be a kid to order off of it. Yah!
Ohh, and the gal that took my order at the register was awesome. I told her we never been here before and our out of towners. She was sweetheart, she explained the layout of where to find items including the complimentary pickles, which to my and hubs delight were hefty slices of homemade deliciousness.
