I really wanted to like the benefit brow bar, but I ended up being pretty disappointed. I decided to try it because I was so sick of nail salons making my eyebrows WAAAY too skinny. The waxist(is that a word? It is now.) was already doing a client when I got there so I just mingled around looking at makeup for a good 15 minutes. Her taking so long on a client was comforting, knowing that she was being thorough. When it was my turn I was a little thrown off with the consultation– that being there was not one. She did not ask if I liked an arch, or if I liked them on the thinner side and so on. She drew a stencil in using eyeshadow and told me that is how my eyebrows SHOULD look. Um. Okay. What if I don’t want them to look like that? So long story short: they didn’t look cleaned up as I had wanted because I need to grow them for 4 more months to create the shape they supposedly SHOULD be. Quite a waste of $ 20
