Used to go this Oak Forest location whenever we would get fried chicken. The last three times we tried, they were out of chicken unless you wanted all white meat. Seriously, no special requests or anything like that. Once is strange twice is bizarre, three times is enough. The employees are nice and the food used to be good, but when KFC doesn’t have fried chicken, either its poorly managed or bad ownership. Go to a different location.

Went there late one night and was told they were out of dipped wings only thing I like there. put my order in and the lady comes from the back and says I have some but no enough for a full order so I dipped them and put them in the bag for you. A small gesture but that’s what makes a good place great in my book. Thanks! Staff here is very cool not the first time they looked out for me either but this was recent trip.

When in the States, get a bucket of chicken. And what better place to get that than KFC… Nice personnel, the wait was short and the chicken great with some coleslaw on the side to make it somewhat healthy. Ey, once a year, who’s counting calories?

Was starving! And noticed this KFC. This location is very clean, friendly employees who greet you upon entering and leaving, air conditioning. The food was great! I had the chicken pot pie, it was steaming hot and very flavorful. I’m from the south side of Chicago so the KFCs there never have pot pies, so this is definitely a step up. My only con was the cashier who was coughing really badly while taking the order before mine. Luckily she stepped off and a new cashier came up as my order was being taken. I just hope the coughing cashier washed her hands and NOT handled any food.
