I was disappointed this time. I went to the shoe department and there was 3 male employee’s standing right there. None of the 3 acknowledged me! None ever offered to help as I tried on 4 pairs of shoes. Unbelievably rude and definitely unprofessional. The only helpful person was the checkout cashier. If I was in Modesto, I would have walked out, but we’re limited in choices in Oakdale. I will give this store another chance, otherwise I’ll continue shopping in Modesto or Riverbank.

Bought our super last minute snow pants here on our way to snowboarding. Worked out great. :)

This Big 5 has very friendly staff and a clean store. They also had really great prices on quality products. I bought a raft to go floating the river with, and we managed to bump into a couple branches and the raft still floats with no holes, like a champ!
