Be Beautiful By Tina

I love Christina! Her services are to dead for. You know how you have that one favorite spot that you must go to for everything. Well, Be Beautiful by Tina is that spot. The amstophere is wonderful. She’ll get you in and out along with helpful recommdations. No one could ask for a better pampering location to attend. Once you go to Christina, you’ll say duces to everybody else.

I’ve gone to Tina a few times and she’s quick and less painful than most Brazilian waxes. I’d definitely recommend her to first timers or those with a low pain tolerance. I don’t know what she does but I’ve never had a less painful wax experience. Plus she’s fast! Usually the fast jobs hurt the most because of the amount of hair pulled per strip but that’s not the case with Tina.

I’ve been to several waxing places in NYC and Los Angeles, but Tina is by far the best waxer I have met. She is simply THE BEST. Let’s be real… getting a Brazilian is not always a pleasant experience; however, Tina, makes the experience less painful and quick! You’re in and out within 10 minutes. I’ve been to waxing places where the esthetician would get the job done quickly, but would leave several hairs behind. Not Tina though. Not only does she get the job done quickly, she makes sure to leave nothing behind. On top of everything, Tina is just a really nice person to speak with. The conversation with her is genuine and she is truly a sweetheart.

Tina is AMAZING. She is the one and only i go to for Brazilian waxes. She is quick, she does the job extremely well, and with bearable pain, because let’s be honest, hot wax on a hairy area is bound to be unpleasant. But she makes the experience a comfortable one. I recommend all my friends to her.

Tina rocks! A fast and minimal-​pain brazilian-​almost unheard of! But Tina has the magic touch. She is also super friendly which makes the awkward experience not awkward at all. I originally found her through Groupon but have been back since! I never look forward to brazilians, but with her I almost do hahaa.

I’ve been seeing Christina for a while and I couldn’t be happier with her work. I had a bad brow waxing experience with another company and my eyebrows were completely messed up, but Christina worked her magic and fixed them and made them look better than ever. The first time I got a bikini wax was with Christina as well and of course I was nervous. It’s definitely going to hurt the first time you get a bikini wax but she made the pain tolerable and made me feel comfortable. She’s quick and efficient :) I definitely recommend going to see her. You wont regret it!

I recently moved to the East Bay and needed a new regular spot. I think this is it! Quick and as pain free as Brazilian waxing can be!

I was able to schedule an appointment with Tina before leaving for a Caribbean vacation! It was my first Brazilian wax so I was terrified. Tina made me feel so comfortable and the pain was pretty minimal. She gave me great advise and was super professional. It’s important not to judge a book by it’s cover because the outside is a bit alarming but once you step into Tina’s salon you feel at ease. I was so impressed I scheduled a follow up appointment!

Tina has made some changes to the place which looks great. Her seating area is very welcoming and even has a TV. She also offers a variety of waxing, hair styling, and nail services. She’s truly great at what she does. Be sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time because she’s always busy.

I found Tina via groupon and I’m so glad I did! I see her monthly and the brazilians are as painless as they can be thanks to her speed and lovely convo to distract you. A gem!

Awesome experience! My 1^st time I Absolutely will be coming back! I watched YouTube the night before trying to scope the pain. Christina was what everyone’s 1^st experience should be! I’ve had worst pain with my eyebrows. Very professional and thorough.

Tina is amazing. I moved here two years ago, and I’ve been looking for an esthetician for months. I came here from a Groupon deal months ago, and I’ve been back every month since. Not only is she fast, but it’s the least painful Brazilian I’ve ever had. I love Tina so much that I still have waxes left over from other Groupon deals (bought while I was still trying to find my go to person) that I will probably never use. After going to her, I can’t imagine subjecting myself to more pain by going to someone else. I’d rather lose the money than go through that! I’ve also found that of all the waxers I’ve been to, Tina is the best about ingrowns. Not only does she give really great tips for avoiding them, but I’ve also found that I experience way fewer of them when I visit her.

Fastest Brazilian wax ever! I’m a busy body and not only is she fast she doesn’t miss a single hair! Her place was a little hard to find at first, and from the outside it kind of looks like the back door of a restaurant kitchen lol but the inside is sooo warm and cozy it’s like a little home! Anyways I found the wax on groupon and I will never find another groupon wax again! And she gives these package deals which are fab just like the wax

Tina is amazing. I got a deal from Groupon last year and had two wonderful Brazilian experiences with Tina. She is warm and friendly and made the whole experience quick and painless. When I first visited her last year, she was working on expanding her place. I visited again recently and the place has a brand new look and set up. I’m planning to go back regularly and perhaps throw a beauty party with my girlfriends once her new office is complete! Can’t wait to try out other services that she offers.

I was browsing groupons and came across one for here! It sounded almost too good to be true… so after reading the Unilocal reviews, I figured I might as well try it out.
I’ve been going to European Wax Center and was never really satisfied with the service I got there. After going to Tina’s, I couldn’t have been more happier!
The area isn’t the greatest, but I was there at 9am so I wasn’t worried. There was plenty of street parking then as well.
She was super friendly, efficient, and pays attention to detail. Since I’ve moved to Cali, I’ve been looking for a waxer that made me feel comfortable, yet still do a good job.
I’m happy I’ve found her!

She’s super chill and open, loved our chat.
It was my first time getting a Brazilian so I didn’t know fully what to expect. Tina talked me through everything and wasn’t overly sensitive which was great for me because I didn’t have time to be nervous.
Her space isn’t the most clinical but it was extremely clean and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The environment definitely made me feel more like I was in a home instead of a doc’s office — again, much more comfortable.
Already booked my next appointment, I would definitely recommend Tina.

Christina is pretty awesome. She was quick and efficient. We talked about our babies and I was done before I knew it! I barely felt a thing (even though I’m a big olé sensitive baby). She makes you feel right at home and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend her for your next Brazilian.
