The staff at Extra Space storage went out of their way to show me a great customer experience. I was given a tour and directions for use of the storage space. Each time I come in they are courteous and helpful. The space is clean and the temperature is good as to not damage my items. I am pleased with my space and would recommend them to others.

I had a great experience. The customer service was spot on, and I received a larger size unit at no extra charge when the unit I wanted was unavailable after I’d ordered it.
The paperwork process was prompt, and there was always assistance when we needed it while we were moving out belongings.

The worst bait and switch business model I have ever seen. They try to sell 10×20s that are actually two 10×10 and they call them multi-​door. Yeah right… i got a resevation for a 10×20 I didn’t call and ask for two 10×10s. They tried to sell me a 10×15 for more money. The carts dont work. They have no lighting. They suck.
