–large commercial noodles with green flecks and lots of garlic on noodles
–never had thang long’s version, so can’t compare.
–garlic didn’t like the fresh kind, more likely dried garlic 3 stars
vegan spring roll.
–casing doughy, falling apart, couldn’t pick up, used fork to eat
–had cucumbers, romaine lettuce, carrot, vermicelli noodles, etc.
–not much taste beyond nice peanut sauce.
–eating with fork had no crunch.
–1 star, fails
