This guy may repair clocks well — but he has no sense of time! I took my clock in to be cleaned and repaired, and was told it would take about a month to clean it, order/​install a piece of glass for it, and make sure the clock was functioning. I thought that was a long time, but the job took four months! I get the sense that this is not a business, but a hobby — all well and good, but I paid $ 400 for him to play with my clock for four months? I think not.
