I ordered my food over the phone ahead of time, they told me it was gonna b 20min I got there in 15 min and when they gave me my food it was cold and they screwed up on my order. I asked for a manger and he took 15 min to come to the front and when he did he was no help at all to the situation. Horrible customer service and food. I won’t be a returning customer

Is it just me or does Wingstop always taste better in da hood?
This has to be my favorite location and has to be other people’s favorite as well since it gets pretty busy in here. This location also has one of those freestyle soda machines that’s self serve, gotta love it since you don’t have to bug the cashier just for a refill.
Also a good stop before a game at the Coliseum!

Probably the best spot for food in the shopping complex along with In and Out. Sometimes the wait is long but it’s not their fault it’s the location. They also do a good job of protecting identity by asking for ID on card purchases so remember to have it if you choose to use a card.

This place gets very packed on the weekend, but luckily they have an application for smartphones and tablets that allows you order your entire meal online, no more hassles of standing in line and waiting. I think every item on their menu deserves to be sampled at least once, but if you must come here for only one item, I’d suggest trying the Bone-​in wings with Garlic Parmesan flavoring, after that it’s all down hill from there :)

This place is the worst. I ordered just a side of French fries online. It was ready when I got there but the people behind the register were completely incompetent and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes to get rung up. There was only one register open and the girl behind the counter was completely clueless. She spent 10 minutes ringing up just one person ahead of me. They don’t have an efficient system for online orders at all, she charged me and then just gave me a blank stare. I almost hoped she was high because otherwise it’s really concerning for an adult human to be that slow. I had to press her to go in the back and grab my order it was RIGHT there I was literally looking at it. Management needs to get better training and get their shit together.
The food is ok for a last resort. I got lightly seasoned fries and they were a little too salty for me.

Called an order in at 7:22pm and didn’t get my order until 8:31pm. This place is ridiculous! Space is small and crammed with a bunch of people waiting all of the time. I would never waist time coming back here.

Friday night at Wingstop near Oakland Airport. What a combination. This place was packed with a line out the door. I was going to get my lemon pepper wings if it killed me. So I went next door to Starbucks to get a drink and order my Wings online. The wait was quoted at about 20 minutes. We ended up going to Walmart and did some last minute shopping before our flight took off. So we went back to Wingstop about 30 minutes later and our order still wasn’t ready. I don’t blame this on Wingstop because there were so many people there. When we did get our wings they were perfect.

Ive Gone Here A Couple Of Time. Somewhat Regular Service I Always Get Especially On The Sundays I Go When Its Kinda Late. Other Then That Wingstop Is My Fav & I Always Get The Same Order. Service-​Good Food-​Good. Just Call In On Orders Its Better.

Preferable Wingstop location around the Area.
Slightly better than the one on Lakeshore because parking is plentiful and FREE. At Lakeshore, parking is metered before 6pm.
Also slightly better than the one on San Pablo because it’s safer, well-​lit, and closer to other franchises.
Service, speediness, and cleanliness is comparable to the other locations.

ordered 30 wings last night at 1030pm. they said it would take 18 minutes so we waited patiently, but started to notice that folks coming in after us where leaving with orders. At first we assumed it’s call-​in orders but we realized that they forgot to fire our order. We asked about our order, the guy went into the back and came back and said 4 minutes. we finally got our food 38min after we ordered, without an apology, or any compensation. And we were not the only ones to suffer this fate.
awful service. makes you wonder about the quality of the prep if they don’t care about customer service at all…

This is the best Wingstop food I’ve ever had. Wingstop food is usually really dry and overly salty, but the boneless wings at this location were within a decently moist range.
But there wasn’t a line, there were only a few people getting food, I ordered one very simple twelve-​piece boneless wings and stood there waiting for half an hour! This is an unacceptable wait, especially when it was so unexpected and nobody bothered to explain why I was waiting, waiting, and waiting… so it’s still a mystery.
