This place has so much potential, and I really want to like it, so I keep going back, hoping for improvements. So far we only have gone for breakfasts, but since they are so mediocre, we are afraid to try lunch or dinner. First of all, a rooftop restaurant with a panorama view of Ocean City begs for ambience to match! We went at sunrise, and some windows had shades down while other windows had no shades at all! The person seating us said, «if you want a shade to block the sun, choose one of the shaded tables. All the shades we have are down. The other windows don’t have shades.» How tacky is at? Little attention to details like uniform, attractive shades or blinds(we wanted the view anyway, so we sat at a sunny table), table cloths, maybe a little vase with a flower, cutlery slightly above diner quality, a TEASPOON instead of a tablespoon for coffee… little attentions can upgrade the place right there! We were the first ones in the restaurant for breakfast, and our coffee was Luke warm. We are not complainers, so I hated to ask them for hot coffee. But they did replace it with coffee that was a little warmer, but not piping hot like I prefer. When they came around with refills, it appeared to be the original lukewarm pot. I asked if the sausage is the smooth or wrinkly kind, and was it unflavored with maple. The waitress did not know, and said«just order it and if you don’t like it, we can send it back.» I said, well if it’s the smooth unflavored sausage, that is what I want. If it’s flavored or wrinkly(like the brown and serves), then I would prefer very crisp bacon. My meal came with wrinkly sausage. The eggs(over easy) were absolutely perfect! Yay! The potatoes were rubbery and bland. I got a side order of grits which were Luke warm. The butter had a hard time melting on them. On a previous visit, I had asked for spinach in my omelet, and they said they don’t have spinach!!! I want this restaurant to succeed. I wish they would put a little more effort into trying to improve atmosphere and quality of food.

Looks are what you get. Shabby. Have to walk in the hotel to go to the restaurant but you figure rooftop, give it a shot. Appearance is 1 of 10, food 3, ambiance 1, service was ok, they tried but it’s just everything else sucked. Maybe the kicker is the kitchen ordering in pizza at 7 during«dinner». What cook in a restaurant doesn’t want to make something they can make just for them? If pizza is being delivered, they don’t trust the food they are serving. They tried with free cornbread but that was inedible and just capped off a disaster dinner. No one is sick, I guess that’s a win but that’s all I can say positive. Yeah, keep driving by.

We went there not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The blackened salmon was delicious — moist and flavorful. The ribs were plump, meaty and tasty. Very plentiful. The crab cake was good, but very small. Crab imperial was tasty, too. The view is spectacular. Would go again!

Amazing food. Our server, Robert loved his job and you could tell. He was very attentive, made suggestions and polite. Crazy thing is my husband was out getting beer to bring back to our room and met Robert in the elevator. He was selling the restaurant in the elevator! Told my husband they have that same beer he bought at the bar to stop up and have one. This just proves to me he is happy where he is and is proud of the establishment he works in. You have to try the crab bisque OMG… delicious, very heavy but so worth it. I got chicken Chesapeake with garlic smashed potatoes and sauted zucchini and squash. Amazing. My husband got half a rack and crab cake with same sides as i did. Those ribs were meaty, tender and had a great sauce. Crab cake had hardly any filler and was succulent. Anytime in OC stop here and eat, if they keep the same chef and wait staff, you will not be disappointed.

The food here was mediocre at best. There was a 15 minute wait on a weekday morning. The food was also a bit pricey for what it was. The menu is nothing like the one at the Princess Anne location, nor is the food quality up to that standard. When we asked for a slice of cheese on a bagel as a side, we were told that was not possible. The wait staff was equally sub-par. The waitress got a few parts of our order wrong, and she interrupted every minute or two. I was very disappointed with this restaurant.

We are staying at the Fenway and went to Peaky’s for breakfast. I had blueberry pancakes with bacon and my daughter ordered the french toast with sausage links with a large o.j. Food was good and the $ 20 price wasn’t bad. We attempted to go for a midnight snack and sat at a table in the bar area the bartender walked past us twice and never acknowledged us after several minutes had passed. We left and went to the 7 – 11 across the street.

View is beautiful. Bar/restaurant seems very dirty. The carpet looked dated and it had a musty odor. The menu is very simple. I got the eggs Benedict, I didn’t touch the ham; it looked undercooked. My husband received overcooked eggs. Nothing fancy about this place. It was very inexpensive.

This bar/restaurant is the place to be! Especially during happy hour… its everyday from 11 – 7! Amazing prices and great food. Plus, the view is perfect! The restaurant is on the 8th floor on the Fenwick Inn and you can see the ocean perfectly. Definitely recommend going here whether it’s just for a drink or for dinner!

I had the crab imperial eggs benedict. It was good and the view was nice. Our server was nice but slow. She didn’t ask if I wanted a coffee refill on the long wait for our food. I still would come back but hope for another server. Breakfast prices were good.

When you first walk into the restaurant the first thing you notice is the view. The view is beautiful and the experience eating on a rooftop is unique for this area. For dinner, we were a party of four and sat in a comfortable booth. The reviews from my party were mixed. Cheeseburgers were bland. My boyfriend must have used half a salt shaker to add flavor. However, my grilled chicken wrap was good and flavorful(although my boyfriend claims I think all food is good). They have great prices for happy hour and the orange crushes are delicious. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Maybe it is under new ownership or new management, but we had a very different experience than others before us. I was very very pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the food, and the attentive wait staff. We came here because of a long wait elsewhere, and I am REALLY glad we discovered this place! **OK, we went back in August, and the service was very slow. Apparently, it is not a good idea to go on Lobster night(which we didn’t order, and didn’t know about it beforehand.) Took FOREVER to get ANYTHING. We will still go back — but will look first to make sure lobster isn’t on the menu.**

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We had reservations as a party of 6(daughter’s birthday) and had a great window table. This is where the good part of the experience ends. Our small children’s beverages were served in a pint glass– if you’re offering a children’s menu, children’s cups shouldn’t be a stretch. I requested an iced tea and got tea… In a glass– with no ice. I’m not sure how one gets iced tea without ice. My husband ordered a salad with vinegar and oil and the«server» returned and said they didn’t have vinegar and oil as dressing. Again, this isn’t an uncommon request so I don’t understand why a finer dining establishment doesn’t have vinegar and oil for customers. My husband opted for French. The«server» returned with our salads and my husband received Franks hot sauce instead of French dressing. The crab bisque he ordered tasted like it had been scraped off the bottom of the pan. When my husband asked for a replacement salad, the«server» responded«oh, wow… She screwed up” — I don’t care who did it, just fix it! I served in restaurants for 14 years– the customer just wants it made right. Also, there were breadplates on the table– I asked the«server» if bread or rolls were available and he said«we have cornbread if you want it” — made no sense! In the meantime, we received our entrees and steaks were served with flavorless mushrooms. My husband ordered no mushrooms, just onions and got only mushrooms instead. Instead of taking them off and bringing a side of onions they brought his steak back to the kitchen. At this point, he still hasn’t gotten his replacement salad and his side of mashed potatoes were cold. He waited another 15 minutes for his steak and salad and we asked for more iced tea. The server returned with two more glasses of iceless tea. The manager came over after we finished and we advised him of the issues. Huge gripe of mine is when servers don’t take ownership of the experience– I’m confident this server has little to no experience serving. In short– flavorless food, poor service doesn’t make up for the view!

As I write this review, I’m still sitting at the table. Location looks like a low-rent catering hall with out-of-date carpeting, has an exposed ceiling, and fresh plywood. The shrimp, which three of my party ate(including myself), was tough and tasted pre-frozen. The crab bisque, although, okay in taste, was too thick and presented messily. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm at best and underseasoned. The cornbread was good, but could more aptly be called corn pudding. Our server, Scout was polite, as was the host.

Beautiful view and Great customer service. I ordered a Margaretta and did not like it, told the bar and thought okay we will just leave. Well they would not hear of that the bartender said I will make you other on the house and even give my husband another beer. Wow, how often does that happen? They want to make sure their customers are happy. Very friendly servers and staff. I hope our locals and visitors enjoy this new place.

We had a great time at recently opened Peaky’s. You get full ocean side and bay side view from this restaurant on the rooftop of Fenwick Inn hotel. Crab cakes were extra jumbo and even kids grilled cheese sandwich made from mixture of different cheese was delicious. No problems with the service, will be back for sure.
