Buffalo Wild Wings

Terribly slow and disorganized service. Tiny cold burger was TV dinner quality. And it took forever to get to me. The place was empty so no real excuse for the slow service. First BWW that hasn’t been good.

The food is your typical BWW. Only problem I have with the food is that sometimes it’s pretty slow getting to the table which means it’s not the warmest.
They do have a lot of beers on tap (typical BWW) however I feel like there’s something wrong with their system. The beer tends to come out sour and a little too carbonated. I’m not a beer aficionado but I definately can tell a difference between a good draught beer and one that’s not maintained properly. (And if you don’t want a tall draught make sure you mention that or they will just bring you a tall one)
Service is mediocre, pretty normal for the area though. Little slow and they don’t always seem to hear what you say. Also, Thursday nights are now karaōke nights… kinda throws you off for a restaurant…
I’d be lying if I said I’d never go back but it’s pretty much a mediocre place to grab some food and maybe a beer (bottled).

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible service. When we arrived they sat us at a dirty table and never gave us menus. A couple of minutes later the waiter came by and asked us if we were ready to order… In which we had to wait for him to get us menus. We then ordered our food and you could barely audibly understand him as he repeated it to us. The restaurant was barely half full and we waited OVER AN HOUR to get our food. During that time we were constantly asking waiters to refill our drinks and checking on our food. Finally they brought our food out, but with the exception of missing my sons food. The food that did come out was cold. We waited another 20 minutes while they made my sons order. I finally had enough and asked to speak to a manager. We talked to a manager and he offered to comp our meal. I offered to be fair and stated we would pay for our drinks and dessert as those came out normal. We checked the remaining ticket and it was still wrong as they attempted to charge us for the entire ticket. I waited in the front for about 10 minutes while I watched the manager behind the bar watching the game and cheering. He finally came out and fixed our ticket. We were there 3 HOURS, and not intentionally. If I could give them a zero star I would. Worst BWW experience ever. Piss poor.

The place has been remodeled but the food is consistently uneventful and overpriced. Service leaves a lot to be desired. It is better than the one in Midland but mostly what you get here is a bunch of kids drinking and being loud. Usually dirty. Not a place I go. I love wings and lived in Buffalo where they’re from. These aren’t even close. The Hooters in Odessa is better and it’s one of the worst I’ve been to.

So I thought I would give olé BWW a try here in Odessa after all it’s BWW what can go wrong
#1 hostess standing at podium we smile she looks up then down guy walks up whispers in her ear she takes off she comes back were still standing here finally I walk up I say 2 thinking maybe no seats due to Thursday night football she says ok and doesn’t do anything I say is there a wait she’s says oh yeah like 20 min or so I say what about patio bar area she says no so we walk past her to the area only to see about 15 empty tables but whatever, #2 we sit in area wait about 15 min for a waitress to come up she takes order we give full order since we’re hungry we wait 20 min she comes back did you guys want anything else I look at my friend and think yeah let’s add some pretzels to our wing order 5 min later pretzels come out we eat those I think to myself did she forget to put my wing order in and that’s why she asked if I wanted anything else? Correct so I flag her down she says sorry we wait another 15 min wing order comes #3 we eat and immediately mouth is on fire these don’t taste like Asian zing or bunny BBQ so we look and the try has a hot BBQ sticker on it we tell her they are wrong her reply well there good aren’t they I say not really she says oh and takes off so l tell my buddy order us sweet BBQ and teriyaki so they can’t screw that up I say I got to make a call I come back in 5 min new order is there but so quick this time… #4 you could tell they were a different flavor and they added BBQ and teriyaki sauce wow are you serious and to top it off no I’m sorry or percentage off bill nope just here is your 67.00 dollar bill looks like I will be trying Wingstop next time when I’m in the area.
Oh#5 why do you have a DJ blast music while sports fans are watching game on Thursday night football can’t you do that Tuesday or Wednesday who ever manages this place needs to either be trained properly or bring someone else in this is the WORST BWW I’ve ever been too.

Beer, food, football, good music! Thank you My family and I enjoy the clean up, and bar section and no smoking inside!

Never been more disappointed in a BWW. After the waitress had said to a co worker «oh I wish they had left» in regards to serving us it was down hill from there… brought our drinks out one at a time, had a poor attitude, never offered us menus (a girl in our group had to get them for us) the whole staff just seems completely clueless.
They advertise a gluten free menu but apparently this ISNT true. No big deal, just don’t offer it. After talking to the manager they did nothing about it. We decided to cancel the food order and find somewhere else.
This place is a joke. The franchise needs to step their game up at this location.

Service was excellent, drinks stayed full and the food came out fast and fresh. They’ve definitely revamped since previous reviews.

Went to this location with a group of 8 friends. It was around 7 on a Wednesday. I read reviews of this location and people didn’t have the greatest things to say about it. Guess I found out why.
People have complained about the cleanliness of this place but I didn’t find that to be an issue. There was no smell of cigarettes, old beer, and the bathrooms were pretty clean.
The waitress was initially very fast in taking our drink orders and bringing out the non-​alcoholic drinks we had ordered. It took a little bit longer to get our beer our but not terribly bad. We then ordered our food. Granted, we did have a large group so that took a while but the waitress was very good in explaining different options we had in ordering and was very friendly. I decided to order my beer while taking our food order. I think she may have forgotten about my beer because the manager walked by about 10 minutes after ordering it and asked if we needed anything at which point I told her I was still waiting on my beer then she brought it out.
The appetizers came out rather quickly. My main problem with the whole experience was the pace at which our wings came out. Everyone at the table except for one person ordered traditional or boneless wings except for one person. There must have been a 5 minute wait time between bringing out the first, second, then third batch of wings for our table. The first ones at our table were given their food and by the time the last ones got their food, it was probably over 15 minutes later. Really? Can you not just batch cook 100 wings at a time in a few fryers then throw the different sauces on and put it out? I view this as bad back-​of-​house management. The actual wings were good. All of our orders were accurate and hot and fresh. Kinda hard to screw up frying wings and putting sauce on them so I’m glad they got that right.
The service wasn’t great, but okay. The waitress tried her best. When she was attentive to us, she was very nice, funny, and enjoyable. I think this place has a management issue. It’s in a great spot of town, they should be packed every night. Food is standard B-​Dubs but don’t expect much more.

After months of never returning to this place, I decided to give it another try one Wednesday after work. Needless to say I made a great decision that fine evening, waiter took about 10 minutes to attend us after seating in bar area but was very courteous. Great selection of beers on tap, Modelo the way to go on a hot summer day. Ordered the Jammin Jalapeño and Lemon Pepper boneless wings paired with wedges topped with nacho cheese hit the spot in the mid of the work week. OVERALL: GOOD FOOD AND GREAT BEER, BEST OF ALL NON SMOKING IN ALL OF THE RESTAURANT. Will consider it again to fill my beer and wings fix in the future.

JERRY the manager has the worst customer service skills. Cold wings. how do you get cold Hot Wings? He was disrespectful, didn’t offer a solution to the problem. asked me what he should do. Manage this situation Jerry! Your a manager Jerry! Lol. It could have all been avoided if he could MANAGE a situation.. because of the service and his lack of running the business. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

Super busy it was new years they were short staffed but our waitress was Kristen she was pretty cool. She did an amazing job management was cool too. Wings were amazing.

Dirty very very very dirty. Well below the standards a restaurant should keep when it comes to cleanliness.

After reading the reviews here, my homie and I came through for lunch for pure comedy value. We figured if it was that bad it would be entertaining in a town completely devoid of entertainment.
As it turns out, it’s just a Buffalo Wild Wings. Great beer selection. Great wings. We got exemplary service. Our bartender was awesome and attentive. The food arrived quickly and was on point. We met the manager, Sara, who took the place over not long ago and has really turned the place around.
This is a consistent experience.

The only good thing about this place is that you don’t have to shower, wash your hair, wear clean cloths, or use expensive cologne.
Why bother, right after you walk in you will smell like a stale wet cigarette.
I walked in and then right out. Damn it stunk!

I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and visiting my gf’s fam in Odessa, we decided to go for a quick lunch. An hour and a half later, I experienced the worst service ever. It took a quite some time to get our drink orders in. Mind you, the place was not busy on a Friday around 2pm. We had a large group and asked for the bill to be cut in half. The waitress, who seemed lost most of the time, completely messed up the bill. I was disappointed with this place that I have grown to love. I can guarantee that I will NOT be back to this location ever again. If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have.

I went against all the reviews on this place just to find out they are pretty accurate. I went in late, sat at the bar, the bartenders were rude, super loud and ghetto.
No professionalism, no good customer service. I just ended up taking my food to go after waiting for some time. The wings were good though.

This place is awesome… if you love shit service and bad food. In typical BWW fashion, the service is nonexistant. It was seat yourself, which is the first ive seen at a BWW, and no one bothered to tell us or even acknowledge us while we were standing up front. Eventually someone caught on and told us to find a seat, and we obliged. About 15 later we even got to place a drink order.
The food is the only reason I bother with the BWW chain, as getting even decent service rarely happens at any of thier locations, but this location couldnt even get that right. The boneless wings were soggy in parts, and hard as rock in others, and very poorly sauced. YOU HAD ONE JOB!
Just say no, and go to Texas Roadhouse next door.

Food here was terrible. Their traditional wings had the saggiest, soggiest skin on any chicken I’ve eaten. The boneless wings could be called anything but chicken…
This place is nothing comparable to other BW3 locations. I highly recommend avoiding this place when in Odessa.

This was my worst Experience at the chain that I’ve grown accustomed to being a dependable place no matter where you end up. Not here!
They are clueless.

–had my lid off with cup 80% full and my boyfriend had the lid on his cup, server only asked me if I wanted a refill, didn’t even acknowledge the boyfriend
