IHOP

I love IHOP I have been here a time or two and we’ve never had to wait for seating. I live the strawberry stuffed French ty oust and the chicken fried dinner is awesome. Homemade fried chicken yummy

Very busy place to eat, sometimes the wait to be seated can take awhile but that is the norm for this area. I’ve eaten breakfast here several times and I always eat the french toast it is my favorite and tastes great.

Great service and the food was just what I expected. IHOP is one of the mist consistent franchises I have seen. This locations service was amazing.

Service was excellent. Ruben took care of me this morning and did an excellent job and deserves recognition. When I first arrived, there was a line of people waiting to be seated but even with the crowd, I only had to wait a few minutes to get a table. I was seated and just had to wait a few minutes to be served. The restaurant was full and very busy. The manager came out of her way and got me coffee and then Ruben came right behind her. They are very friendly folks. Ruben took my order and I was prepared to wait a while because of such a busy place but to my surprise the food came out less than 5 minutes after placing my order. No complaints. I have to give all involved 5 stars for my experience there this morning.

Best experience I’ve ever had at I HOP everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces. Food was awesome and fresh. Waitress went above and beyond to take care of my kids to make sure that they were happy as well. Thanks I hop.

Great coffee, food and service, visited here on a Thursday morning about 9am and had absolutely no issues. Guess I came in good timing.

Probably the worst costumer service I’ve ever received. We got there around midnight on a Sunday and there was a line of people waiting even though there was plenty of open tables and servers. After about 20 minutes we finally got seated. Our waitress was a flat out cunt who took forever to get our drinks and refill them. Then when we got our food, another 30 – 45 minutes both orders were wrong. They don’t serve soup past 8pm which isn’t stated in the menu, they were out of lettuce so no salad either which she didn’t tell us until we got our meal. Then when I told her my order wasn’t right she goes «you don’t have to be rude about it». I wasn’t rude in the least. She brought back another plate of food which was still wrong and huffed about fixing it. Will not be back.

I must say that this place is finally getting their stuff together. Seems like they’re under new management. I didn’t like the service last couple of times, honestly this was going to be the last chance I was going to give them. Service was good, I got extra napkins this time and the food was out quickly. We’ll see if they keep it up!!!

After eating here I won’t be back. Food was good just took forever to order. I time the time we were seated and to get our drink order was 11 minutes and once we got our drinks it took another 10 minutes for her to come back. They was not to busy. We went there at 3:15 on Sunday. We didn’t get out of there till 440. I really don’t know why it took so long to receive service, but it did. Just FYI make sure you have time to waste before going here. They had several wait staff. I counted 8 at the checkout.

Came here a few times within the last two months to celebrate my nieces birthdays. Service is very slowwwwww. They really should hire more employees, waited 20 mins to finally have someone come take our orders on top of waiting almost another 40 mins to receive our food. Employees here dont seem to smile much and that makes a big difference

I don’t like the service. Food was ok. The lady that was serving us was nice but she tends to do something else once she gets to the back. We asked her for a another round of drink and she forgets and took a while to get back. That’s not supposed to be. Asked for a ranch sauce since she only served the red one and the male server I asked didn’t come back. Instead I had to ask the lady server again. Of which she says «I’m sorry» again. She even admitted that every time she gets to the back they always give her something to do and eventually forgets what we asked for. I believe her name is Sara because that is what is one the check. But I’m not sure.

I can’t review the food at this IHOP because we never got a chance to order. We were seated and after 30 minutes finally were brought drinks. Then the waitress disappeared and never came back to take our order. We eventually took the hint and walked out.
The restaurant smelled of a mix between body odor and strong cleaning chemicals. Stains all over the floor made us feel like we were sitting in the middle of a crime scene.
We will never be back.

I love coming here but if its packed avoid it! If you come when its quiet you’ll be a happy camper! Great breakfast plates, delicious chocolate milk and orange juice, my favorite dish is the sampler! Im not too crazy about the pancakes here, but there stuffed french toast is awesome! Good place if you catch them on a good day! Just like anything here in Odessa!

The weakest coffee I have ever had. Seeing how the oil boom in this area is driving up labor rates, I think the management is trying to save money by running 2 – 3 pots through eat cup of grounds. I’ve had chamomile tea that was stronger and darker than the coffee! The waitress was nice and tried to help by supposedly brewing a fresh pot after we mentioned it. She said she had been hearing that complaint a lot and looked puzzled by it? When you can see the bottom of your full cup and 1 tiny creamer changes the color to something close to a latte, that should be a clue! The second newer pot was no better but we lied so as not to hurt her feelings. Eggs and hash browns were pretty typical of what you get at IHOP. I just hope they aren’t cutting corners on food ingredients and cleaning!

Service was great. The food was pretty good, but my omelet was just a little bland but still very good and fluffy. It was a full house. There were tons of people waiting. We waited roughly about 10 to 15 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. Atmosphere was pretty good. Overall, I liked it. I would go there again for breakfast.

IHop has an interesting menu. I was here for breakfast.
I wanted to have crêpe unfortunately they couldnt make it, even though it was on their menu.
Why two star? I paid my breakfast with my credit card. I signed them a generous amount of tips and when i checked my credit card bill she charged me with USD5 extra! I wouldnt mind paying more if she was serving like a group of people, but it was only me an another lady friend. pftt.
