Amazing service!!! Fresh food!!! Lunch hour Rush was fast getting through the drive no issues!!! Awesome service and the staff is super duper polite and really love serving people!!!

Convenient to be right off the highway. If you stop at night, just now your food may not be all the way hot. So check it before you leave. I asked two times for hot waffle fries and both times they weren’t even warm. On my third time back in I requested again if I could get some hot & fresh waffle fries? Why because everyone knows that hot fresh waffle fries are the best at chick fila. It seemed that the night crew were more interested in cleaning & closing. So I went back to my car to get my other food so it wouldn’t all be cold. 6 minutes later the manager comes over to say one of the girls cleaning told him that I left. I explained to him that no, I went to get the rest of my food. So my question is were the other people getting cold fries while they cooked my fries? Because other customers were getting their food really fast. Even when I went to get a refill on my drink, the two girls behind the counter, just continued to clean. The manager had to what he was doing to get my refill. 9 minutes later the manager brings me hot fries & a gift card for the inconvenience of his crew. But hey im just giving «my» acutal review of «my» dinning experience. Still love chick fila.

After being in the city for two days, I have had so many horrible experiences that I was ready run out of town this morning. Thank goodness I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast. Finally, true hospitality. Everyone was extremely nice and smiling! Thank you also for the chicken sandwich promotion! It was very good :)

Writing a review this low of Chick Fil A is difficult because I love it so much. Growing up in SC I’ve been a regular as long as I can remember.
That ring said this particular chain regularly fills the waffle fries ²⁄₃ of the way up. At first I thought it was just a one time deal and then I starting asking other people and they agreed I was getting cheated. Even if you pay for the large they don’t fill it all the way. Time after time after time so I’m thinking the management has instructed employees to do this in attempt to increase profits… Sounds crazy but I can’t think of any other reason I get half to ²⁄₃ filled fries every time I go there. I’m going back and going to ask for a refund for the difference.

I’m from Atlanta, so the bar may be set too high. This is the slowest Chickfila I’ve ever been to. They had a local soccer team come and solicit tips for taking food to tables, a little annoying in my opinion.

Stopped in to grab some breakfast on the way to work, and the person in front of me was holding up the line. When I finally did get my food, they said it was on the house for having to wait. To top it off, the sandwich was amazing… Soft, warm biscuit. Fantastic customer service!

I’m a big fan of this chain and although I don’t eat fast food often, when I do it’s normally at Chick-​fil-​A, a place where the food doesn’t necessarily taste like fast food. On this night, however, we were first disappointed with nearly a 10 minute wait at the drive through (at 9pm, with no one in the restaurant and three cars in front of us) and of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which is my go-​to item here.
While the sandwich was hot, it wasn’t the tender one I’m accustomed to. In fact, when I opened the foil half of the chicken was hanging out in the package, outside the bun an having broken off from the rest of the chicken. More importantly, I had to throw half of it out because it tasted tough, which isn’t the norm here. Obviously, I got a bad piece, which most likely won’t happen to you, but all reviews should tell the truth.

Very clean. Food was great. We stopped in around 7pm and the place was empty so the kids had the play area all to themselves which was great!

Chick fil a good is always fantastic, however this location does seem to have an issue of getting you the right food you ordered

One if the cleanest ones I have ever been too! The service was friendly, nice, and even helped my wife out by carrying her tray to where I was seated outside with our dog.
As usual the food was fantastic and I have come to expect nothing less. I have no problems paying a few dollars more for a pleasant experience.
Oklahoma City will be a regular stop for me when I’m cutting through.

Awesome food, awesome service, great price. Busy place, but manned to handle the high traffic.

Conveniently located off of MacArthur freeway exit and near the OKC airport and hotel row. It has a drive-​thru and since it’s fairly new, the interior was clean with modern décor.
Notably, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were upbeat when taking my order, asked specifically how many sauces I wanted, took away my tray when I was done, checked on me at my table, and even asked if I wanted a refill of my drink without having to get up.
As for the food, loved their fried chicken strips, dipped in Polynesian sauce. Yum! Each bite of chicken tasted tender and juicy.
At under $ 4 for a box of three pieces, it didn’t hurt my wallet.
