IHOP

I love IHOP in general but I would not recommend this location. The staff is seemingly unfriendly and doesn’t greet customers walking in. Despite staff walking around not looking terribly busy, the tables remained uncleaned. It smells musty and feels unclean. The wait for silverware was too long and the wait for food was stupidly long. The bathrooms were nice enough. When we got our food, it was warm and alright. The country omelette I ordered was dry, didn’t come with sour cream as it should have, and had large chunks of uncooked onion. The hash browns were way overcooked. The pancakes and French toast were good, and the sausage was extremely good and flavorful. I will most likely try to avoid this location again as I have been here several times before and never been comfortable here. I don’t remember if the food impressed me before but it sure didn’t this time.

Terrible service. We came in, stood there for a good 10 minutes and weren’t even acknowledged. Shame on you for terrible service. We left and were happily greeted at Pei Wei.

Great customer service but this place seems to be packed at all times. If you are not too hungry then I say go for it but if you are hungry please go to Denny’s.
