The Unilocal reviews sold us on trying this place. We are not from the area and wanted something local rather than our usual Starbucks. We tried the seasonal coconut flavor in our lattes. I could not taste any hint of coconut, but the latte tasted fine.

I though the SBUX walking distance from my house would be dangerous, but it turns out it is L+B that may be my downfall. With local, delicious coffee and tea(both hot and cold) in a darling little pop-up space and friendly and fast service, I will never again wait in the crazy long line across the street. The lattes I ordered were perfection and I can’t wait to try their other offerings very soon. Keeping this review short & sweet to reflect the vibe of L+ B!

I’m an enormous lover of Leaf Coffee bean! They seldom possess the lengthy irritating outlines that Starbucks constantly has, the employees is definitely really pleasant plus they never ever cause you to feel hurried. I’m keen on their sausage cheddar scone, they may be produced by Prairie Thunder Cooking Business. They may have devotion credit cards, as well! I’ve consumed a couple of them currently, and appreciated my two totally free coffees.

Really good Americano coffee(but careful… it’s hot!!) Service was great. I’ll be back for sure.

Great basic coffee drinks. Nothing fancy, so no blended mocha cookie dough macaroon pumpkin chai spice frappé. Just real good coffee! Great prices and LOCALLY owned drive through/walk up coffee shop!

Friendly people, okay coffee. I was looking for something little more adventurous and tasty. Didn’t really enjoy my drink, but wasn’t bad for drip coffee.

Love this little shop! It’s tiny and in the parking lot, but it’s great! Even with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts across the street I always choose this little spot. The coffee is fantastic, but the staff is what draws me back. Even if it’s super early in the morning they are always peppy and engaging. I went the day after a big summer holiday and the employee was clearly a little sleepy. But he made a point to ask what I had done and tell me about his plans. The pastries are pretty good too, but I find that they aren’t the freshest on the weekends. Maybe their bakery is only open during the week? You must give this place a shot! You will be pleasantly surprised!

My friends, please skip Starbucks and drive through(or WALKUP!) this coffee & tea gem. Pastries in the am always are fresh & the staff is always wonderful. My kids LOVE the vanilla steamer when it’s chilly outside.

I love everything about Leaf + Bean. They have a great feel for a local coffee stop. The offerings are high in quality and low in exclusion. This a «serious» coffee place for a place that doesn’t yet appreciate great coffee. The staff is always warm and engaging. These folks need to be mentioned when talking about great places to find coffee in OKC.

Got a vanilla latte, my usual baseline drink when trying a new place out. They hit it bang on — good espresso, good milk texture. The barista was extremely friendly and went well beyond the usual customer interaction, asking me about the tripod in my car, where I was from, etc. a bit of a hidden gem, a tiny lite hut that is easily overlooked while driving by.

Oh man! I love leaf and bean — I’ve had close to everything on the menu and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Some Topeca coffee with some homemade almond syrup… perfect caffeinated pick-me-up! They even sell their pellet ice for cheap(cheaper than sonic I believe). Skip the long lines at Sbux across the way and check out this great local spot!

I’m a huge fan of Leaf + Bean! They rarely have the long annoying lines that Starbucks always has, the staff is always very friendly and they never make you feel rushed. I’m a fan of their bacon cheddar scone, they are made by Prairie Thunder Baking Company. They have loyalty cards, too! I’ve used up two of them already, and enjoyed my two free coffees. My only complaint about Leaf + Bean is that I wish there were more of them, or at least one closer to NW Expressway. You can use your Keep It Local card here as well!

I’ve had LEAF + BEAN(L+B) six times in the last week. I may have a caffeine addiction, but that’s not what we’re going to focus on. What we are going to focus on is what I’ve experienced at L+B. I should note that I haven’t actually had any leaf… They don’t have the kind of leaf that I like, knawmean? I am so kidding, please don’t tell my mother. That bean though, is dee-lish. Usually. The drip coffee I’m having right now isn’t their best work, but considering it’s still above average, I am quite happy with L+B. The loose-leaf tea is from t, An Urban Teahouse. So if you’re wondering why the prices seem higher for their iced teas and such(compared to their coffee), well… Now you know. The prices for the coffee however, is very reasonable. In fact, a «Small» from L+B is larger than a «Tall» from Starbucks; it’s cheaper to boot. And it should go without saying that a regular coffee from L+B tastes significantly better than its equivalent from Charbucks. I believe the coffee is from Topeca Coffee Roasters(in Tulsa). Also, the customer service is fantastic. I wish it wasn’t so inconveniently located. Or perhaps I should be glad that it’s not closer to me. I can only imagine how addled my brain would be if I added any more caffeine to the mix. P. S. Deep Deuce is going to get an L+B soon! Congratulations, deucers.

I love Leaf + Bean! The coffee is perfectly brewed, and their tea selection is tasty as well! I usually swing by about once a week, and cannot remember a bad experience ever with the staff, food, or beverages. I only wish they were open past 5!

Have always heard about this place. Finally got a chance to try it prior to going to work. Pricey coffee I must say, but at least it’s tasty! Pretty smooth, not bitter, and perfect amount of sweetness. Also, I ordered a bacon and chive scone, but it was rock hard(due to them not having a microwave?). Pretty neat that’s it’s in a shake-like building.

Finally a drive thru coffee stand. These are few and far between. I got an iced dirty chai with almond milk and it was delicious. Service was friendly.

Delicious coffee and a drive-thru. What more could a busy girl ask for?! Skip Starbucks across the street that has the worst parking lot ever. Shop local. Eat local.

I love this place! It’s so convenient and such a fine alternative to Starbucks and Dunkin’ across the street. Laughably so, like you feel sorry(kinda) for those people who haven’t caught on that Leaf + Bean is right there and the coffee is infinitely better and there is. no. line. Hullo? Why not five stars?(This is one of those times I really wish I could up my 4 to 4.5 stars!) I rarely like to grab my coffee and go, so my idea of five stars for Leaf + Bean involves an imaginary woodsy little veranda to cheer up the parking lot. As it currently stands, Leaf + Bean has one nice little bench outside, and though benches often lend themselves to sitting, I’ve not felt inclined to perch here. With such good coffee and chill staff, I’d love to hang out a bit rather than get my drink and run. This summer I’ve been enjoying a latte with part skim milk and some sugar in the raw, which sits at the bottom and sneaks up your straw for the perfect hit of sweetness. What a treat! If you’re hankering for some good ice, Leaf + Bean has filtered and perfectly textured ice. Check it out! Be sure to grab a frequent buyer card and tip well!

Well how on earth have I not reviewed @LeafAndBeanOKC yet? Guess I just forget it hasn’t really been around all that long, though it feels like we’ve had it forever! I love to go and pick up a really big iced tea. The tea is very good, but I also I love their ice, their quick service, and their walk-up window. They also make a great latte and iced latte, but I’ve been on a tea kick of late. Can we talk for a minute about what a great idea this is? Simple, easy to get going little coffee hut, that actually sells a delicious cup of coffee. I love that this first little L+B is positioned in a large, open lot with so much room you could do donuts all over the parking lot, right across from the world’s most poorly designed SBUX, with the parking lot that can trap you and keep you like no other lot in the entire metro? See my review of this SBUX for a longer, more detailed rant on this topic. So, let’s see: it’s good. It’s in a very convenient part of town. They’ve got locally made pastries and the like, and the founder is a local(he also helped start COOP Ale Works, in case you didn’t know, so that bodes well). Easy parking, easier walk-up, and easy to love.

I cant get enough of this place. Every time I go I am too tempted by the pastries to not get one. Previously the bacon cheddar scone was my go to favorite but today I had an iced Vanilla Almond Sugar Cookie that was amazing!!! and might dethrone the scone as my favorite. I really like the tea cookies they have as well but if they have them, get the iced ones! The coffee is great. I am still cycling through all the different café style drinks but the iced americano with cream and their homemade almond syrup is a must have. But if your feeling normal, the tall black coffee is a million times better than most other places to grab a quick cup of joe. I like the walk up window too. that’s a nice touch. In the mornings, after 30 minutes of dealing with road rage and rubberneckers, its nice to be able to get out and walk up to the window. But the drive through on each side also makes it quick to get in and out. Overall, I am addicted to this place. And now they have a keep it local special so there is no reason to not go! Alternatively, its also fun to watch all the people pulling in and out of the starbucks across the street knowing that I am spending way less, getting way more, and way better quality stuff.
