I usually try to write the good things about the places I visit but I was hugely disappointed with this place. Customer service??? What’s that?
And that is not even the worst part… The gelato was awful.
Ok… I am the kind of person that finishes a dish even if I don’t like it (that’s just the way my Italian family raised me… Never waste food… Never order something if you won’t eat it) and I have to admit I did not finish my gelato. Took a bite of the cookie and wanted to cry, in a bad way.
I am sorry, the best advise I can give you, skip this place.

I’ve gone here a few times and the food is good and im always impressed with how clean the whole shop is but the staff always seems angry or just ready to go home. The few times I have gone they seem a little sloppily dressed for such an expensive place.

Hit or miss, new workers all of the time and they each make the drinks differently. I only stop in if I see certain workers that I know can make the drink the right way.

Workers were rude. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie… He asked if I wanted whip cream and I said yes. He freaking rolled his eyes at me and walked to his coworker, rolled his eyes again… Really?! Is it that hard to get whip cream… Their negativity was not worth my time. Just left and said never mind, I don’t want it anymore…
