I have been going to lobby bar café to get coffee for a long time now. Everyone will have a bad day here and there. But now I have had it, they have consistently the rudest baristas in town. It would seem to be a make imposition every time they have to work.

Really enjoy the coffee bar and fresh muffins pastries in the morning. For lunch and dinner menu is great. Please bring back the truffle mac and cheese

I went years ago and… eh. I went last week and was pleasantly surprised at the food and atmosphere. The wait staff was great, brought water to our dog on the patio, and the octopus was totally not expected. It’s a hidden gem in OKC! It’s small, but a great neighborhood bar, and you can also order from Sushi Neko if you’re there.

Small, intimate, fairly quiet non-smoking bar with an upscale feel. The prices are good, and the creative menu provides for some wonderful snacks as you enjoy your cocktail. From the lobster slider to the roasted beet salad to the grilled chicken sandwich with truffled goat cheese, there is something for everyone.

Awesome place for Saturday brunch from 1030am to 2pm. Very nice set up & affordable! Positive relaxing vibes. Friendly staff. They were out of Belgium waffles though. They feature a sweet one & a cured ham savory waffle. No more than $ 7. Egg omelets are $ 6.95. $ 3 mimosa. Several of the staff suggested that I try the French toast next time. Also they have available space for weddings, events, parties! There is a dance floor & bar. I got to tour the event space with one of my fellow classmates whom just set up for a wedding. It was beautiful! A smaller room can be used for smaller gatherings & is used for chef Kurt cooking classes. Just on last night night head coach of my university coach Bob Stoops had an event! #boomersooners #oualumni #ougrad. The good thing too is that the catering is done on site! During brunch The bar created a coffee frappuccino(I was the taster) & I suggested to add cinnamon to it & next week it will be on the menu. Don’t dumb down your passion for food. Everyone contributes! You never know when your small contribution, review, picture add suggestion, tip etc… will impact a business to use your idea! Great, positive vibes at the lobby! I will be back to try the French toast that staff members raved about.

Quaint little bar with class and style! Not many beers on tap and their advertised happy hour specials did not exist when we walked through the doors. Service was speedy and drinks were cold. Menu looked tasty so we’ll have to come back to try their food. Nice spot for a pre or post dinner beverage(including coffee). Side Patio looks like a fun spot when the weather cools down.

I would give this place a second chance. The Flatbread was good… gyoza was okay considering it must have come from the sushi place next door which I do love. The bean and bacon soup was so bland. Just came here for appetizers and wine since we are venturing on several places tonight for an anniversary food trip. Three appetizers and two glasses of wine. $ 60 tip included.

I’m giving this place only 3 stars because of consistency. The food is great but I wish the menu was larger! I love the atmosphere though. Seems like when we go for lunch the food is prepared better, sandwiches are made neater etc. We will go back.

I’d been to the tasting room a few times for luncheons, but never checked out the Lobby bar until last week. Really classy, nice place. We came after work for a happy hour on a Monday, where you can choose a nonprofit to donate 10% of your ticket total to. Pretty cool. I just had a glass of wine, but they had a decent selection, and the food menu looked pretty good too. One girl I was with got the four cheese flatbread and it smelled amazing. I’ll have to come check it out for dinner sometime!

After a birthday dinner, a few friends and I went here for dessert and some drinks. First thing we all thought when we walked in was, «mannn it’s cold!!!» Luckily we all sat close to each other and after a few drinks, it warmed up a bit. A quick appetizer we had was the Neko Fries. We all enjoyed it a lot! It’s fries covered in a sweet thick sauce but it didn’t completely drench the fries so that’s good. There were little cuts of jalapeño which was good also. It came with a creamy wasabi sauce. It wasn’t spicy or powerful so don’t worry! Definitely a MUSTTRY! DRINKS: Yuzu Spritzer — I enjoyed this a lot. Had two glasses. A bit sweet and sour but more on the sour side but don’t worry, it wasn’t overly sour. My friends tasted it and all said it had an «Asian» flavor to it lol. Osaka Sour — also a bit sour but not as sour as the Yuzu Spritzer. Make sure to mix it up tho! There is liqueur or something that sunk to the bottom. When we realized and mixed it, it tasted even better! They also incorporated egg whites which pretty much just made the top part frothy. Coffee — I don’t usually like to drink coffee but I drank quite a bit of my friend’s cup who ordered it haha. They give you a pot to refill so there’s plenty to share. It went great with the desserts we ordered. DESSERTS: Espresso crème brûlée — I liked it but it wasn’t amazing nor the best I’ve ever had. The portion doe. I loved! Lol it was a lot. I REALLY liked how they caramelized the sugar, it was thick and extra crispy! The crème brûlée’s cream was ehhh… I felt like it was too airy and melted too fast in my mouth. I would have liked it to be a bit thicker and more creamy than as airy as it was. Chocolate cake — I’m not a fan of chocolate so this dessert was a bit too chocolate-y for me. It was really thick and a little hard. Like they just defrosted it not too long ago. I like sweet but I think this was too sweet for my liking but drinking the coffee and eating this was a good combo. Banana bread cake — I liked eating this and drinking the coffee. It wasn’t really sweet at all. I thought it was a bit too soft but not a big deal.

Favorite place to stop and have a glass of wine on the patio. Never too busy, and always great selections of wines. Their menu also changes and is very inventive. I’ve had some great appetizers here!

This was tremendously good. Its right around the area where I live and I was pretty unaware of it. It’s in the old Will Rogers Theater, where I have seen many a concert back in the day. The building is beautiful and looks especially great since it was redone. We got there around 6, and it wasn’t busy at all. We got an appetizer of dumplings which were very delicious. The sauce that came with it was a soy based something or other and it was salty but very tasty. My girlfriend got the short rib slider and got the hot as hell chicken sandwich. It was very hot; lots of peppers and what not. I did enjoy it, but i think i would get something else next time. Like the short rib slider. holy shit it was good. very tasty and small enough to leave you wanting more. we got the lemon cake for dessert and it was also very good. very light and delicious. service was good. the price was reasonable and the atmosphere was very nice. i will be back.

I love this place! I enjoyed some fabulous brunch with some great friends. Jodan was our knowledgable and chill bartender. I was pleasantly surprised with the limited but tasty offerings. Six menu items which isn’t a lot but the quality is excellent. My friends and I sampled the breakfast sandwich. The huge croissant was light and flakey and the ham was cured in house. After some tasty cocktails we shared the grilled bananas with muffin ice cream and hazelnut ice cream. Yes, the ice cream tasted exactly like muffin. Did I mention that they make their ice cream in house? Cause they do. At a fancy place like Lobby Bar, one might expect to pay some steep prices but for our sammie’s were under $ 4. The rest of the brunch menu is under $ 7. You have no excuse not to partake of their offerings when you roll out of bed on a Saturday morning. Too bad they’re closed on Sundays.

Service was so so but the drinks kept us here. The music was almost nonexistent and carpet in the bathroom. Really?! Ew.

I almost hate giving away the secret of this little gem in the heart of midtown OKC! But it deserves to be recognized! There are some amazing things happening here and the menu is always evolving so it is worth coming back time and time again for old standbys and to see what’s new on the menu! I was disappointed to find this past visit that the duck pastrami pasta was taken off the menu … it was TODIEFOR! But it has been replaced by some new creations like truffle mac and cheese that make up for the monumental loss. The tapas are all amazing, my favorite of which are the brussel sprouts. I am a total sucker for a good brussel sprout and their combination of chorizo and yogurt sauce make my taste buds sing with delight. My latest obsession is cauliflower soup so I was more than excited to see it on their latest menu. If I could give one suggestion it would be to add some spice to the soup to give it a little more dimension in its overall flavor, but regardless of that, it was still very delicious. And on top of the stellar food they are creating here, the bar is small and intimate and the waitstaff is super friendly so that in no time flat you feel like a regular where everyone knows your name. Deifnitely one of my homes away from home!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Will’s yet! For months I had been getting my Saturday morning latte at Will’s(and then heading over to Savory Spice Shop to spruce it up with ungodly amounts of dark cocoa and lavender vanilla sugar). The butterscotch muffins are rich and buttery and oh-so-delicious. Make sure you have 3 or 4 friends to share with, or you will feel like SUCH a piglet. Oink. Chef Matt knows what he is doing and seems to enjoy it, occasionally asking guests to «just taste» a dish he is playing with(it’s happened to me not 1, 2, but 3 times!). His dishes tend to have a kick– if you enjoy a little tingle on your tongue, the heat will suit you just fine. The décor is a little settled, but that’s okay. Great place to kick back with a couple of tapas and glass of wine in the evening in the Western Ave District.

They have an awesome menu. I tried the salmon sandwich and it was great! I look forward to trying their tapas too. I didn’t care too much for the bar, bit of an older rowdy crowd. Not sure if it’s usually like that or not. It was nice to sit out front on the patio though and we had good service considering we weren’t inside. The décor inside is a bit dated but that doesn’t affect much. I will be returning to try more of their yummy food!

My Tuesdays have consisted of finding the«perfect study hub» for my Yoga as Therapy program, and The Lobby Café and Bar wins the prize. Each week I’ve entered into a new establishment with a check list of things I need to accommodate my four-hour study sessions, and this wonderful local spot has covered it all: 1) Free Wi-Fi(just ask for the password) 2) Coffee & Tea — I need a good pick-me-up throughout the day! 3) Good Food — brain food is a must! The grilled portabello with the vegan red pepper soup was delicious! A huge plus is they support local farms. 4) Windows — I love natural light when I study 5) Comfortable Seating — they have padded chairs at their bistro tables, along with big cushy chairs + small swivel tables attached 6) Accessible Electric Outlets — gotta plug in that laptop! 7) Close Bathrooms — who wants to pack up their laptop for every bathroom break? 8) Good Service — AMAZING service! Amy is the best – she is so attentive, friendly and accommodating, thank you! 9) Morning and afternoon hours — open for an all-day study session! 10) Location & Local — right in the heart of OKC in our beloved Western district, and I love to support local! *Bonus: They have a patio!

Will’s Lobby Bar has been a home away from home for me for over a year now. I work across the street so I’m in there at least 2 or three times a day. The coffee in the morning is french pressed and they get their beans fresh ground from Elemental coffee downtown where it is roasted on site. For lunch and dinner I love their specials. Even though the menu is wonderful and includes several tapas options as well as some amazing sandwiches. I tend to always order off of the specials board. I kind of see their specials board as the«whatever-Chef-Matt-wants-to-play-with-today» board. It really highlights his talents as a chef and his brilliant flavor/texture combinations. Finally, if you are just in the mood for a drink there aren’t finer bartenders in this town. Ask any of them for any cocktail you have ever heard of! I challenge you to stump them! My personal favorites are(in no particular order) Old Fashioned, The Coffee Cocktial, A revolver, & a winchester. They also make a pretty mean Sazerac!

I’m not sure why this sweet little spot in the center of it all doesn’t factor more prominently in my roster. After running some errands last week, I motored in here for a quiet spot to sit and work for a while. This is the time of year when I feel an urgent need to soak up every last drop of sunshine I can find, and Lobby Bar’s patio proved the perfect place to enjoy some Vitamin D, a glass of vino, and charge my laptop via some outdoor(!) outlets. Mama Mia! Christopher did a great job of taking care of me, but did not even enter my eyeline while I was on a call(props for that!). While I can only comment on the patio, the wine, the service and the electricity, I will certainly be back for more as soon as there’s an opening in the skedge for some patio time.
